Never use their service!!!!! Just find a better company because these people will send you to collections saying you didn't pay but I even have my receipt as proof! Idiots they kept calling me asking for my credit card but I kept telling them I already paid and that I even have my receipt and they still never fixed it in their system. (Termite) I wouldn't go with this company. When I asked a very simple question of what's the scope and how much, I couldn't for the life of me get a straight answer. I was given the "You have to take our word for it." Thankfully I was asking the right questions. Buyer Beware.
Terrible company. I had the sales office telling me one price and details about the contract and the actual pest control person telling me something completely different. I didn't go with them in the end, as I wasn't sure what I was getting involved in. The pest control person seemed to suggest once engaged in any contract with Orkin there was no way out and customers struggle to get out of any contracts.
Worst customer service ever. I told Orkin that I have locked gates so needed to have an appointment for bait station inspections. I stayed home to unlock the gates for three appointments and was stood up for all three of them. As my annual fee was becoming due, I called and asked for an inspection. The person I spoke with said she had left a message with their termite inspection division. They never called back. I'm done with Orkin. I highly recommend "Time Up Termite" instead.
Called Orkin on a Saturday made an appointment to come spray the outside of our house on Monday between 10-12. No one showed up. I called again around 2:00 to tell them no one showed up. The lady I spoke to on the phone said she is going to call a manager in the field to see where the person was. Never got a call back and still no show. For a 275.00 quote go to someone else . I also stayed home all day waiting because we have a fenced in back yard. I will never use them again!!

It would be 0 stars if possible. We had a rodent issue. They were getting into the house so of course we needed immediate assistance. Guy comes out and says we need some holes sealed up. Puts traps out etc. He quotes me $1200 so I of course say yes just get it done right away. They had no available appointment for a week. I get the name of his boss and leave 2 messages trying to get a sooner appt. No return call. A week later after trapping a couple rodents ourselves the guy shows up to seal holes. I had been using an exterminator called EcoShield to control bugs at my home. EcoShield apparently was acquired by Orkin, and Orkin got my credit card information from them. Orkin showed up twice. For what should have been the 3rd visit, no one showed up but I was billed $165 anyway. I phoned Orkin to let them know. The phone rep said she tried to send a technician twice, but again, no one showed up. So I fired Orkin in favor of a small local exterminator. WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. I want to give ZERO stars if I could! Orkin is not even close to being a professional pest control company.
