It would be 0 stars if possible. We had a rodent issue. They were getting into the house so of course we needed immediate assistance. Guy comes out and says we need some holes sealed up. Puts traps out etc. He quotes me $1200 so I of course say yes just get it done right away. They had no available appointment for a week. I get the name of his boss and leave 2 messages trying to get a sooner appt. No return call. A week later after trapping a couple rodents ourselves the guy shows up to seal holes. I had been using an exterminator called EcoShield to control bugs at my home. EcoShield apparently was acquired by Orkin, and Orkin got my credit card information from them. Orkin showed up twice. For what should have been the 3rd visit, no one showed up but I was billed $165 anyway. I phoned Orkin to let them know. The phone rep said she tried to send a technician twice, but again, no one showed up. So I fired Orkin in favor of a small local exterminator. WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. I want to give ZERO stars if I could! Orkin is not even close to being a professional pest control company. Our house started having termite droppings (frass) and we needed an inspection ASAP, so I called the first time to create my quote and Jessica said that she will someone call me back the next morning to schedule the inspection, but they never called. A total rip off company with quotes 9,000 to 14,000!! Hired a local company and they charged $ 315.00 for the entire job! Mouse traps placed, no damage or living mice in the attic!! Pleaase get a second honest opinion before agreeing to this company crazy quotes!!!

Terrible experience. I called them about a mice problem. The call center gave me a quote and told me everything they would do for me for that amount. This included closing all entry points. When an Orkin representative came to my house, he just put down three bait boxes and charged me $300. I asked him whether he could check the attic, and he said mice were not likely up there. We got everything down next to the crawlspace because they were supposed to have come between 2 and 4 today. I called at 4:00 to ask where they were. Even though a tech was assigned, Derek, we did not get on the schedule. No wonder they have such crappy reviews. Here's another one. At least we hadn't hired them! No stars is not an option. Too bad.

I have an account in Hayward that uses Orkin. They've dropped the ball twice now on an estimate for termite treatment. They do monthly service at this house. They're the ones who said there was termite stuff and offered to have it estimated for tenting or treatment while on their normal monthly visit. To no show twice without calling is completely ridiculous. Accountability is everything when dealing with a vendor.

I had made an appointment to get rodent control work done between 12-2pm. This unprofessional agent Robin calls as if people are sitting on their hands and waiting for Orkin. Instead of requesting, tells me that she will come at 2p so it will be a 2-4p window. When I say I have another appointment, as if it was in a non English language she repeats the same thing. This is a terrible company and hope they get the least business than others. Whoever runs this company should find another job.
