I have finally found a quality pest control service. David Garcia, is my Orkin technician and he is wonderful. He is on time, he is polite and he is the best exterminator I've ever had. I have tried a lot of pest control companies and they all wind up being the biggest pests I've ever seen. But, I am so satisfied with Orkin and David Garcia!! Thank you, see you soon.

Had Orkin out to check for termites after being told by our HVAC person that he believed we had termites. Orkin came out and did not find termites but said we had a rodent problem and the Orkin rep. showed us a picture of two rodent droppings and a peanut. He said that was rats or mice. We thought no that those droppings were far too large for a rat or mouse. So, we did not agree to have work done for rodent control. Wow....I see more bad reviews than good reviews I agree with some of the reviews but it all depends on the tech who is assigned to service your property. All the years I been using Orkins I just got a visit from the worst tech. I will give them one ore opportunity. I am rating them with a 5 stars because one bad tech doesn't make them all bad. My friend Tony wants me to switch my service to Western Exterminator because he covers my area. But I like Orkins.

Nicolas is great,! He's not only a great technician, but a good honest guy as well. I had a roach, earwig, water bug, and silverfish, issue. This gentleman came into my home with one objective, to solve the problem. And boy oh boy, did he! No longer am I up at night, trying to catch and kill, because of Nicolas' great work. Now I can rest every night and wake up refreshed to do my caregiving for the disabled and elderly that live in my home. They appreciate it too. My appointment was set a few months back, but because of a family emergency I had to reschedule a new date. Today, the technician Song J Chun contacted me and reported he just finished a service and my house is next. He arrived ten minutes later. I recognized him from a previous services. He immediately started off brushing down the eves and general areas affected by the night lights which attract the night bugs and cob webs, then he started spraying down the house perimeter. I'm the original owner my home since 1991. I've learned that an organization that has learned to "delight the customer" knows that the people that it hires Technicians to provides it's services reflects its product. The best kept secret is "Juan" who has listened to my needs and provides the exact solutions to eliminate the pests of the season. Most recently it has been "spiders".
