Beware of fraud and scams. I am sickened and disgusted by the fraud. the guy came and I followed him everywhere around the house. He got into the attic but my mistake is that I didn't follow him. He came out with a random picture of a dead termite and broke the "bad news" to me and wrote a proposal for tenting my home for $13k. He acted in a suspicious way so I thanked him and contacted another company. They found NO evidence of any termites. So basically Orkin's guy had "planted evidence" to scam me.

Orkin is overrated and Way over priced! There are multiple companies you can use at half or less than half the price of orkin and they do a much better job. Their chemicals did not do what they were supposed to do and the first technician placed them in areas that my little dogs could get to. I did love my technician named David Garcia, Who fulfilled his promises but what he was given to work with was insufficient. Orkin is junk!

First of all the guy comes on the wrong day at the wrong time while I am on a very important work call. Then on the day and time he was supposed to come back to do the service he never came back. I have since canceled the Orkin service, will never use again.

Had a tent done for termites and wood repairs. The guys they sub-contracted out to did a horrible, subpar job. Didn't finish some woodwork and only did one coat barely on painting the wood they replaced. A $8000 regret. when I complained, they came out and Acted like the subpar work was fine

I've used this service with a yearly contract for the past 4 years!!! In the beginning they were reliable dependable service. The technicians seemed knowledgeable and professional. This past year the price had increased to $90 for each treatment. Up from $79 when I first started... the cost of inflation is not equal to my pay increases. They promised a FREE termite inspection... first they tell me they do not do inspections on Saturdays. I am beyond sick of this company. I scheduled a one time service to treat an ant problem. This service worked fine. Tech was great. After the visit is when the issues started. Orkin took it upon themselves to enroll me in a reoccurring monthly service. I have had to call and sit on hold every month to cancel this service. Then Orkin would auto enroll me for a new visit. Rinse and repeat. Every month. For the last six months. The best part is the person you talk to on the phone can't cancel the auto enrollment. O... read more

I am reviewing the Orkin at Riverside California because they are the ones who mail me my bill. However I do not live in Riverside. That being said, the technicians themselves are polite. The problem I have is with the call center personal. My son stayed home today to wait for the technician who was scheduled to come because we have problems with hornets and ants. If I could put zero stars, I would.. I haven't had a chance to have Orkin in my home yet but the little experience that my family and I have had has been HORRIBLE. My husband called last Thursday 3/4 to schedule a free consultation to inspect for dust mites, carpet beetles, bed bugs, etc. My husband was told that a rep would call him that week to schedule appointment.
