After doing some research and trying to decide on who to call to get a quote for terminte control, I went with Orkin. I read they were a little more pricey, but sometimes you have to pay a little more to get things done right. Turned out to be a great decision. The very next day, Matthew Simmonds from Orkin came out, spent about an hour inspecting my house and then sat with me and explained all my options. He was curtious and knowledgable. They earned my business. Go with Orkin and ask for Matthew.

Thanks to Orkin we have our home back. Adrian is an Awesome Guy very knowledgeable and Professional. We used Hometeam for a year and Adrian did in 2 months what Hometeam couldn't do in a year. I would highly recommend Thanks Adrian

Just began our Orkin services,first phone call with the rep was fantastic.they were able to get someone over within the next few hours which was pleasant because I prolonged the issue long enough and finally had a day off and they were more than able to accommodate.technician I believe was named Jose,very well spoken young man and knows what he came to do.First was signing contract then the work began.he cleared my entire back yard of spider webs,next he thoroughly sprayed the whole house inside and out including perimeter.... read more

Our Orkin Rep Bruce is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and professional. Always treats us almost like family! We have had other companies come out that offered much cheaper service, but Bruce is worth the extra money. Super Orkin employee!! Update: We continue to find Orkin to provide excellent service. We no longer have Bruce since he has moved out of state, but we continue to receive consistent service from Orkin.

I recently found termites in our home and immediately called Orkin because they had done some work on my neighbors house. Brian Locke was my technician and he made this seemingly dismal task very painless and easy. Brian was very knowledgeable and kind and he was available via text and phone call at all times. I didn't have to hunt him down for any questions and he was always respectful and gave me great answers to my questions!!! Thanks Brian I appreciate everything you did for my family!!!

Technicians are very attentive. I used them before and they were great. When I needed pest control again, I went with another company thinking they were all the same, boy was i wrong! Orkin technicians follow up with you will respond to you messages,voice and text, and make sure you are taken care of. Awesome service!!

It was not the 1st company I called but all the other companies seemed like they didn't want to work. No one called back and the one that showed up was talking me into doing it myself. Orkin from the start was very helpful on the phone and scheduled my appointment. They arrived on time and were very willing to help. I am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge everyone has shown. Joaquin and Kristian are great!!!

Excellent service! Great response time! We have been Orkin customers for over 15 years and have had a great experience with them. We had an ant problem this year for this first time and our technicain Joaquin [Moreno Valley] responded right away and followed up with us after the service to make sure that the ants were under control. This is so rare today to receive a follow up.Joaquin is always professional and very service oriented. Highly recommend Orkin Pest & Termiite Control.
