HORRIBLE! I had them come out to my house for black widows. He knocked down 1 web! I paid 183.50 for 1 web! I found more black widows and webs were still everywhere!! I will NEVER recommend them! I called for my money back after I had to take care of the problem my self. "DAN" the branch manager never called me back. I called for a week and finally got a hold of his boss and the said they'd only give me $44 back!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Billing decided to bill me for service I did not get. And when I try calling multiple times, you can't get anyone to answer the phone, I leave messages and no one called back. Mind you I called 4 times to be waiting for someone to answer the damn phone! I will be canceling my service with orkin and never refer them to anyone!!

I used Orkin (Great Falls) to rid my house of bed bugs. They charged $1100 for their service. After their first application I let them know that we were still getting bites and seeing the bedbugs. They did a second application. After 10 days I let them know that we were still seeing the bedbugs. Service expert said it takes up to six months for chemicals to work. Orkin came to our home to check for bed bugs. The tech they sent out said that we did not have bedbugs after checking all rooms, mattresses and box springs. The tech sold us on monthly pest control which did not work at all! After paying for multiple doctor visits we were told our bites were from bed bugs We decided to cancel. I called Orkin based on their good reviews here. The tech was 3 hours late and didn't give me a heads up phone call. When I called the office they didn't know when he would arrive. Their service advertised they would check my house for entry points that the mice might be using. The tech only set traps and sprayed but didn't actually check. He only mentioned that a spot in our garden might be the entry point after I pointed it out. Orkin supposedly has a money back guarantee. It's an empty guarantee and they will try their best to get out of it. I paid them for 2 years to treat a rental property for mice. After taking my money for 2 years and not solving the problem when I asked for the refund they tried to tell me that because I didn't meet with a manager at the property and give them the opportunity to go over the property and have them fix the issue (the issue that i' paid them to fix for 2 years) then I wasn't eleigible for a refund. The worst service by company with scheduling. Service tech William is awesome. But Orkin's scheduling is non- caring of customers schedule!!! I've had this problem w/ two other pest control companies!!!!

Worst service ever. I wish I had Yelped them before I went into a contract with them. Very unresponsive, very irresponsible, not providing the service they are supposed to provide and not having an explanation for it. Not willing to fix the problem. They make it SEEM that they're willing but in the end you'll see you're where you started. I have not experienced a worse level of care and customer service for as long as I can remember. I can't post a review about Orkin's performance because they never helped me. I contacted them about a big carpenter ant problem I have. Twice they sent (different) inspectors to assess the situation. They both indicated they could solve the problem, but both times said they needed to talk more with their management first and would get back to me. They never did.
