We used Orkin to treat our home for termites. We decided to have our home tented and treated. When receiving the treatment, we were never notified or updated on anything that was going on to our home. We were just told the day the tent would be placed and removed. First, I want to be very clear, this is not a review of Orkin's service as I never got that far. This is a review of their sales representation. Also, want to make it clear I am detail oriented and take notes when shopping around to make comparisons on services. So, I called the 866-610-4974 number for Orkin as we have a problem with ants. HORRIBLE! I had them come out to my house for black widows. He knocked down 1 web! I paid 183.50 for 1 web! I found more black widows and webs were still everywhere!! I will NEVER recommend them! I called for my money back after I had to take care of the problem my self. "DAN" the branch manager never called me back. I called for a week and finally got a hold of his boss and the said they'd only give me $44 back!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Orkin is a joke and a true rip off. I had some flying pest in my home had no ideal what it was and I was determine to find out. A lady Tech came to my home after having me wait on her 3 hours and she knew nothing! She was asking me as if I was the Tech, so I had to tell her that's why I called you. She was guessing and guessing and after looking at one I caught on a sticky trap she still had no clue what it was. Billing decided to bill me for service I did not get. And when I try calling multiple times, you can't get anyone to answer the phone, I leave messages and no one called back. Mind you I called 4 times to be waiting for someone to answer the damn phone! I will be canceling my service with orkin and never refer them to anyone!!

I used Orkin (Great Falls) to rid my house of bed bugs. They charged $1100 for their service. After their first application I let them know that we were still getting bites and seeing the bedbugs. They did a second application. After 10 days I let them know that we were still seeing the bedbugs. Service expert said it takes up to six months for chemicals to work. He said he is going to help even if the guarantee expires. They claim that they guarantee their service but they don't honor that guarantee. I would not recommend u... read more

Orkin came to our home to check for bed bugs. The tech they sent out said that we did not have bedbugs after checking all rooms, mattresses and box springs. The tech sold us on monthly pest control which did not work at all! After paying for multiple doctor visits we were told our bites were from bed bugs We decided to cancel. I called Orkin based on their good reviews here. The tech was 3 hours late and didn't give me a heads up phone call. When I called the office they didn't know when he would arrive. Their service advertised they would check my house for entry points that the mice might be using. The tech only set traps and sprayed but didn't actually check. Orkin supposedly has a money back guarantee. It's an empty guarantee and they will try their best to get out of it. I paid them for 2 years to treat a rental property for mice. After taking my money for 2 years and not solving the problem when I asked for the refund they tried to tell me that because I didn't meet with a manager at the property and give them the opportunity to go over the property and have them fix the issue (the issue that i' paid them to fix for 2 years) then I wasn't eleigible for a refund.
