I am beyond sick of this company. I scheduled a one time service to treat an ant problem. This service worked fine. Tech was great. After the visit is when the issues started. Orkin took it upon themselves to enroll me in a reoccurring monthly service. I have had to call and sit on hold every month to cancel this service. Then Orkin would auto enroll me for a new visit. I am reviewing the Orkin at Riverside California because they are the ones who mail me my bill. However I do not live in Riverside. That being said, the technicians themselves are polite. The problem I have is with the call center personal. My son stayed home today to wait for the technician who was scheduled to come because we have problems with hornets and ants. If I could put zero stars, I would.. I haven't had a chance to have Orkin in my home yet but the little experience that my family and I have had has been HORRIBLE. My husband called last Thursday 3/4 to schedule a free consultation to inspect for dust mites, carpet beetles, bed bugs, etc. My husband was told that a rep would call him that week to schedule appointment. We used Orkin to treat our home for termites. We decided to have our home tented and treated. When receiving the treatment, we were never notified or updated on anything that was going on to our home. We were just told the day the tent would be placed and removed. I was waiting for at least an email or call that inform me when it wss safe to return to my home but that never happened. First, I want to be very clear, this is not a review of Orkin's service as I never got that far. This is a review of their sales representation. Also, want to make it clear I am detail oriented and take notes when shopping around to make comparisons on services. So, I called the 866-610-4974 number for Orkin as we have a problem with ants. HORRIBLE! I had them come out to my house for black widows. He knocked down 1 web! I paid 183.50 for 1 web! I found more black widows and webs were still everywhere!! I will NEVER recommend them! I called for my money back after I had to take care of the problem my self. "DAN" the branch manager never called me back. I called for a week and finally got a hold of his boss and the said they'd only give me $44 back!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Orkin is a joke and a true rip off. I had some flying pest in my home had no ideal what it was and I was determine to find out. A lady Tech came to my home after having me wait on her 3 hours and she knew nothing! She was asking me as if I was the Tech, so I had to tell her that's why I called you. She was guessing and guessing and after looking at one I caught on a sticky trap she still had no clue what it was. Billing decided to bill me for service I did not get. And when I try calling multiple times, you can't get anyone to answer the phone, I leave messages and no one called back. Mind you I called 4 times to be waiting for someone to answer the damn phone! I will be canceling my service with orkin and never refer them to anyone!!
