My Orkin guy is the best he is always on time and on schedule he never misses an appointment he's very thorough and spraying the area inside and out he remembers me by my name as a true client my Orkin guy is Joaquin!

I have to change my ratings because after my last complaint about appointment change, I've only had good experiences with Lee. He has been on time , always very professional and polite. He takes his time inspecting my house to see what else can be done to keep rats out of my attic. I'm very thankful!

We have used Orkin for 10+ years and just wanted to give Jeff, our most recent technician, a total thumbs up. He is always so accommodating and friendly. We often request that he checks the attic and he happily obliges!

So I come on Yelp to give Gabriel Hernandez an excellent review and the review below says he was superb in 2014. Well in 2016 he is still a stand out professional. Friendly, clean look and a handshake before he left. I mean, I was pretty darn impressive and he put a smile on my face. How about them apples?! Anyways, Gabriel, you are a gem!

I wrote them up for, perhaps, the wrong address: all i want to say is that I have a technician named Gabriel who is superb!! I am hoping that the 3 moths I have seen recently are not a return visit ;the supervisor, Ron helped me with this problem which involved injecting my walls with something that got rid of them: i had tried all the 'natural methods' and NOTHING worked. Orkin is an absolute joke. I have made several appointments to get service. The agent that was sent out talked his way out of providing the service for that day.So I rescheduled. A few days later, a man from orkin said he was a termite inspector stated that I made an appointment, and just walked in my home because I had contractors at the time, walked up to me in my kitchen, and insisted, he spoke to me and made an appointment with me, which was totally untrue.I asked him who he spoke to, he claimed it was me totally a scam.... read more

Called for one-time extermination service. Was quoted a price for a one time service. When the tech arrived, they claimed that price was for one month of an ongoing subscription service. I said I had not signed up for a subscription service. Suddenly, the price for my extermination went from ~$60 to ~$250. over a year later, after I have moved, I get a message on my phone attempting to upsell me on the subscription again. I never gave them permission to contact me. I now use other pest control services.

I use to do business with Orkin. They were professional and respectful of property. However, that was years ago. I recently, made an appointment with them for a termite quote for tenting and they were a no call no show. I even called the company to find out where they were. I called again 2 hours later after my appointment to cancel since they never showed up. The professionalism went right out the window! Orkin you must do better.
