If anyone who is looking for pest or termite control services, DO NOT USE ORKIN. Their sales representative will promise the services and not able to deliver after you signed the contract. They do not have proper equipment or training to provide for the services. Being a victim of the incident and it help others to learn from our loss. There are so many other pest & termite control companies out there for you to select. If they continue the poor customer services and I promise soon or later Orkin will not be in business.
I love how they try to knock off my review because its the truth. Way to move it to the bottom you guys still suck no mattet what :)
The worst company ever! We had them come out to our home to treat for all insects inside and out. The first few visits were nice then they switched guys and then I never seen a guy again unless i called. They claimed they came every month and kept running my card for over 2 years. I finally called and canceled my service with them and canceled my card with the bank to stop the charges, then they proceeded to blow my phone up day and night for a monty or 2 to collect the final $190. Orkin wont stop harassing us. We do not want to renew our insurance with them because they do not actually check your home. My father is retired and says he sees them show up at the house, park outside for about 30 - 45 minutes and he then receives a letter saying they checked the house. After doing this for a year, they're harassing us to renew our insurance contract, emails, letters, and phone calls. We asked you to stop, please stop harassing us.

PET PARENTS BEWARE!!! Someone from the company came to spray and I over heard him saying " I don't want to spray in the house if you have kids" which caused concern to me because my dog is sensitive and I rather he not get sick or have a rash. I ask the man what he was going to spray, he wouldn't tell me. I asked him for his name, he wouldn't tell me. Steve Seymore of the local Orkin came to our home and told us we had termites. He explained that if we did not get the treatment they would destroy our home . Being first time home buyers and not exactly sure what were doing I tried to call my father but when I could not reach him Steven explained that it was no worry, iI could cancel at anytime . Tech came out and never applied any treatment and yet we were charged for him just parking in our front yard. Sent to collection after tried over and over to plead my case only to be forcefully made to pay for no services rendered. Cancelled them after this, please be aware of their tactics.

Beware of this company they will bill you for services not performed. Tried to plead with customer service that service was not performed and they came back saying they have gps on trucks and traced the truck to my address. After saying i had text the tech when he got to my address to not perform service this specific day and also my security footage to show them, they insisted i was still responsible for services that were not performed. If i could give a minus star i would. I hired orkin hoping that they would be prof we professional and knowledgable. I had insects in my home and i was getting bitten I called the orkin 1800 number and they sent orkin riverside. Ralph was my technician. It was a nightmare . Ralph was condescending and extremely rude. I was desperate to for help and he made me feel like i was crazy. It came to a head when i found a birds nest and a tick in my fountain.
