I recently had termite with ORKIN, this company has been around for over 100 years! ORKIN consulting came and he talked sounds a lot of work from their end, but their service was fair.They replaced 7 pieces of mine roof tiles post treatment , and 7 pieces of frame wooden For termite treatment. The termite cost was 4 K, and the woods $2895.00. insane. I am regreTed. I will shop around for better price and service Next time.

So far it's a working progress. 1st spray was June 10th, 2nd Spray was July. Not all gone but it's getting there. I hope that eventually i will be roach free. Guys are very friendly. Listen to my needs and we work together to see how to win this war. I am committed for a year of spraying and hope to see zero of those nasty critters soon. Thanks Orkin. Totally worth your fair prices.

Abel was very professional and efficient. He sealed up the space where the rats were getting in - which other people hadn't sealed up well enough before. He worked out a schedule to trap them for a very reasonable price, caught almost all of them the first week and came back until he was sure there were none left. Highly recommend.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about or maybe there has been a great internal shift since those reviews and my service. We moved to a new place that was being inundated with ants. We thought it was manageable with traps but it wasn't. I called orkin (after a couple other competitors (Ronin, Dewey) didn't even answer the phone or ever call me back if they did) and was immediately helped. Called up multiple pest control businesses and no one could make it out when we needed. To top that other prices were insanely expensive. Orkin called us back after our initial call and made sure to get us someone as soon as possible. Our tech Andre gave us a call before arriving and quickly got to work.
