I would give this company no stars They are a complete rip off consumer BEWARE sales associate sells you something then what is offered by the business assigned to location of residence Do not use and get it in writing if you decide to choose company I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
Quite literally the worst most worthless service I've ever come across. We have a rat situation in the house and they sent two guys out whose only purpose was to waste our time. They spent the entire time with us telling us what they CANT do rather than what they can. Zero help. Don't really have much idea of anything, just know a script they were taught and that's it. Do not waste your time.
Not worth the extra cost, no follow through once they cash your check. Look locally and avoid Orkin if you can,,
Called and was confirmed for an appointment same day. No show, no follow up. Called customer service, said they would find out the issue and get them sent over or have a response. Nighttime and no response. Really annoying because I had to clear everything out for their arrival. Going with someone else :)
I'm writing this review 3 years later because that's how awful their service was. I was never the one to post reviews, but I always told myself that if I did, it would be about my experience with Orkin customer service. Backstory: I moved into a new apartment in 2021 and bought a couch off Facebook marketplace from a suburban family in Long Beach. Totally unreliable and irresponsible. First, the representative, Daniel, showed up over an hour late for the initial appointment. Then, he didn't deliver the test report in an hour as promised. I waited four days before I called him to find out what happened. He promised to get it to me by the end of the day, still nothing. Orkin SUCKS. They charged me $249 to spray for gnats. I still have gnats. They came two times and I still have gnats. Don't waste your time and your money. They are a scam.

I don't even know where to start with this company. I called to reschedule service, I made sure to tell the customer service agent that nobody would be able to open the door because my parents are elderly and I will not be able to be there. The technician still showed up 20 minutes before his appointment, never called me, this property has 100 units, so I am not sure who he called because he put in his notes nobody was home???
