Called and was confirmed for an appointment same day. No show, no follow up. Called customer service, said they would find out the issue and get them sent over or have a response. Nighttime and no response. Really annoying because I had to clear everything out for their arrival. Going with someone else :)
I'm writing this review 3 years later because that's how awful their service was. I was never the one to post reviews, but I always told myself that if I did, it would be about my experience with Orkin customer service. Totally unreliable and irresponsible. First, the representative, Daniel, showed up over an hour late for the initial appointment. Then, he didn't deliver the test report in an hour as promised. I waited four days before I called him to find out what happened. He promised to get it to me by the end of the day, still nothing. Orkin SUCKS. They charged me $249 to spray for gnats. I still have gnats. They came two times and I still have gnats. Don't waste your time and your money. They are a scam.

I don't even know where to start with this company. I called to reschedule service, I made sure to tell the customer service agent that nobody would be able to open the door because my parents are elderly and I will not be able to be there. The technician still showed up 20 minutes before his appointment, never called me, this property has 100 units, so I am not sure who he called because he put in his notes nobody was home??? orkin pest control is a big old name but their branch in san bernardino office seems not functional well to me. One of their termite inspector came over recently, he only checked at the spot (termites) where i pointed it out to him, then no where else in the house, patio or the garage he checked for termits. Dear potential consumer. Do not use Orkin. As I sit here writing this, I am putting the pieces back together from my home being burglarized while I had my SECOND fumigation with your company. Your employee, sent me a TEXT saying, "there's been a breakin, go to your house." What kind of cryptic message is that to not then call with more details?
