Today ORKIN ,from location #811 came to my home. Phillip was prompt, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I explained my concerns and he listened . Phillip explained what he was going to do, and why he was doing I do this particular service. I returned 2 hours later and have not seen any more insects. Excellent job. I would definitely recommend Phillip . Thank you Phillip for a job well done.

We just moved into our new house and we're having issues with Brown Recluse Spiders, Jumping Spiders, Wasps and other small creepy crawlers. Someone recommended Orkin, thank GOD!! I have been an Orkin customer for years, continually for termite prevention and intermittently for pest control. I am always impressed with the excellent customer service and knowledge of the technicians. Most recently, I was impressed and appreciative of the knowledge shared by Sirino, very helpful and clear in addressing my concerns. And so grateful for Randy's help in the termite department! It is the wonderful people that sustain my loyalty to Orkin. Thank you!!

I had a unit which was infested with roaches. I had another company treat it and was not able to get rid if these horrible creatures. Derrell Sparks came in and was very helpful and had great suggestions. He took his time and explained all my questions. He treated the unit very diligently. I will definitely recommend Derrell and his company

Shout out to Glenn and Bill, my Orkin guys! I'm not sure which location is their home base and I don't know their last names, but if you use Orkin and you get Glenn or Bill, you're a lucky person. Bill was responsible for my monthly home visits, then Glenn started. They are both amazing and go above and beyond their job to keep my home rodent and pest free! And they both have a great sense of humor :-)

PRIVACY BREACH!!!! Never even got to the point to use the company; asked if they were available for a certain day, was told yes then had to give a bunch of my information to then be told no they never do one-day inspections; I would need to buy the yearly service. I asked to please just delete my contact information. I was told it was deleted and then was called back an hour later by someone else trying to sell me the yearly service! I am a vets widow on disability my daughter in law paid Orkin to get rid of mice only in my house it's been ongoing for over a year now I am very upset because still have them 6700 dollars for one year what a crock!!!! The reviews on here say it all--this company is absolutely awful. They STILL have not disclosed what pesticides they sprayed in our home, without our consent. Everyone who has this terrible experience should contact the Structural Pest Board for the state of California and report their unethical and illegal tactics.
