Supposed to come after working hours, but Orkin showed up at 6 am in the morning to spray the entire office. Office employees start at 7 am. Wet poison spots are all over the office floor, and chairs and drawers have oily residue. Very incompetence. We have been coughing since then!

I am writing this review to warn others about this company. If I could give Orkin and this particular branch zero stars I would. I recently arranged a pest inspection at my home with the Eaglerock branch as I observed multiple exit holes on my ceiling. The representative, Erik, performed the inspection. He agreed that the holes were not from termites, but likely from some other type of wood-destroying organism and that opening up the ceiling drywall is recommended to confirm the type of infestation. We initially had a positive experience with Orkin and left a good review. However, after about 8 months of ongoing service for a mice issue, the problem has not been resolved. During this time, technicians Steven visited the property, but we are still noticing signs of mice activity, including a persistent odor consistent with mice in certain areas. PRIVACY BREACH!!!! Never even got to the point to use the company; asked if they were available for a certain day, was told yes then had to give a bunch of my information to then be told no they never do one-day inspections; I would need to buy the yearly service. I asked to please just delete my contact information. I was told it was deleted and then was called back an hour later by someone else trying to sell me the yearly service! The reviews on here say it all--this company is absolutely awful. They STILL have not disclosed what pesticides they sprayed in our home, without our consent. Everyone who has this terrible experience should contact the Structural Pest Board for the state of California and report their unethical and illegal tactics.

Their low ratings make sense after my experience today. I was scheduled for a termite inspection and the technician that called me made up a ridiculous excuse so he wouldn't have to drive across town to my home. He said the Orkin has a gentleman's agreement with terminix and won't service properties that were previously serviced by terminix. So customers can't get second opinions? Or change providers? Orkin responded they are "concerned" to hear my review, yet I wrote the business owner they gave me the name for (Joe Ragoiza) who never wrote me back, and never sent us a copy of the chemicals used in our home, without our consent or knowledge. THIS IS ILLEGAL. The operator kept hiding behind the excuse that their "contract is with the landlord". This company came and sprayed toxic chemicals on our property, without our knowledge, while we along with our pet and children were all on site. When we called to find out the name of the chemicals used onsite, they refused to release any information, despite the fact this is illegal under California law, because they are under contract with our shady landlord.
