Man, why didn't I look on Yelp before going with Orkin?!? These guys are a joke. Their overall 2 star rating is seriously generous. I called a month ago to help with rats. The technician came out, set up bait stations and promised to be back weekly and/or biweekly to remove dead rats and check on everything. They NEVER came back. When I called them, they would say they couldn't understand why the re-visits weren't happening automatically within the system? So, they set up another appointment. Again, they NEVER show up. Orkin owes me 6 hours of my life back. Termite inspector scheduled to come Tuesday 8-10 am. No show. Spent 1 hr on hold and transferred to 3 different people to ask what happened. Rescheduled for today 8-10 am. No show again. Spent 30 min on phone being passed around. Waiting on hold for manager, then was disconnected. Called back. Same run around. Ended up with a promise that the manager would call me. Yep - you guessed it. No return calls. I have a MAJOR termite project for them. Not anymore.

Literal garbage. We called to do a "vital clean" service for the office (small office) and they charged $350 for the service when all they did was use the same dirty towel on all desks and the service was literally 15 minutes. Really?? For all the things the service claims it does is so misleading. You're better off just doing a deep cleaning yourself with isopropyl alcohol, Lysol, and Clorox. Literal joke, this was laughable.

For years I loved my service. I had a great provider who came regularly, was on time, polite, professional. That's why I'm giving more than 1 star. Then I got the guy who never called to set up appts; he would just show up whenever he wanted. That did not work for me. Things for better again for a while after he disappeared. Then Lockdown happened. I work nights, which means I'm home during the day. My home can't be serviced unless I'm home, because gates have to be opened and access provided. I thought I had written a review but I guess I didn't save. Called Orkin to come out and take a look at my Mom's home. We pretty much already knew we had a problem with bed bugs just wasn't sure how bad it might be. We had gotten quotes from two other companies. Bob came out from Orkin and peeked in one room; came out and told us it would cost $3200 for heat treatment; requested $95 inspection fee. Are you kidding me. Worst ever! They've sprayed twice now in the last couple of weeks and zero results! Ive seen insects running around inside and outside including 2 huge cock roaches very much alive in the house. Call another company. This company must just be spraying water. It's a joke and I wasted my $$

I had to put 1 star to put up a review, but would not give it one star. My great company Greenleaf was purchased by Orkin. It is has been a disaster since day one. I have a rental property across the street and had to talk to a manger to have them both done with back to back appts. Even after working with a manager, they were not able to make this simple task happen without 20 phone calls back and forth. Orkin, is the WORST. service ever, they "claim" to spray the outside but I've never seen them? but they send me invoices weekly, the workers are on commission bases per house / unit they service if that's what you call it I DO NOT RECOMMEND them

This company is as good as its technicians. Just hope that you don't get the irresponsible ones because everything is well until you need to speak to their costumer service. They have the worst costumer service ever. This problem has been going on for 6 months. My mother-in-law had multiple services with them for over a year and she was happy with the old technician, but he quit and we were assigned this new guy.
