Worst ever! They've sprayed twice now in the last couple of weeks and zero results! Ive seen insects running around inside and outside including 2 huge cock roaches very much alive in the house. Call another company. This company must just be spraying water. It's a joke and I wasted my $$

I had to put 1 star to put up a review, but would not give it one star. My great company Greenleaf was purchased by Orkin. It is has been a disaster since day one. I have a rental property across the street and had to talk to a manger to have them both done with back to back appts. Even after working with a manager, they were not able to make this simple task happen without 20 phone calls back and forth. Orkin, is the WORST. service ever, they "claim" to spray the outside but I've never seen them? but they send me invoices weekly, the workers are on commission bases per house / unit they service if that's what you call it I DO NOT RECOMMEND them

This company is as good as its technicians. Just hope that you don't get the irresponsible ones because everything is well until you need to speak to their costumer service. They have the worst costumer service ever. This problem has been going on for 6 months. My mother-in-law had multiple services with them for over a year and she was happy with the old technician, but he quit and we were assigned this new guy. I have used Orkin for many years and this past experience has prompted my review, which I wish I didn't have to do. We have had several issues dealing with this company, first was kitchen moths, and tho the agent working our home was diligent, the moths kept getting worse and ended up in my closet where they ate the better part of my wardrobe including 3 fur coats. Terrible customer service. I've hired them for a rat infestation issue at a four plex. They went there with a few traps and based on my contract they're supposed to go there monthly to check. Every month someone goes (if they do) and walk a round the building and leave. They were never able to go inside any units. And the problem continues about a year later. Haha I don't know why I didn't read these reviews before hiring them. This company is awful. After transferring me 4 times with each person asking me why I was calling over again, I finally got an appointment. The guy was 25 min past the 2 hour window they gave me and he barely did anything. I asked if he was going to even go upstairs and he said he would do it when he came back. Late. Lazy. Never using these people again. I made the mistake of calling Orkin twice to help my family home with pests and clover mites. During a busy day the tech came by and signed me up for "six months of service for $300." I learned later that I was signing up for a $230 set up fee and $59 a month after that. They also never gave me paperwork at the time of setup because they said their systems were down. I rarely write reviews and when I do it tends to be of a glowing experience. It's unfortunate but that wasn't my situation with Orkin. I requested service as I was having a fly situation in my apartment. They came through once and the flies were still an issue. They came in a second time and the flies were still an issue.
