Very rude staff. Hold times are forever and they hung up the phone on me. Would never go back to this garbage vet clinic again. They're the worst.

Extremely slow. Been coming to this vet for years and be sure to wait hours just for them to either take your pet or to afterwards close you out. It's extremely frustrating taking it's in the middle of a workday and they take literally 30minutes sometimes to reiterate and confirm again why you're there. Today I went to pick up a refill of my dog's immunotherapy allergy injections, after verifying with the front desk multiple times that it was the INJECTIONS that were ordered and not the spray. Last time these were ordered it took multiple months to receive them, after the front desk mistakenly ordered the spray, had to re-order the injections, and never called to let me know they had arrived (I finally called them and found out they had come in weeks ago). 2.5 stars. I feel pretty badly writing this, as I do believe the doctors and vet techs here want to help the animals as much as possible. I've never had bad interactions with them, and they seem like genuinely caring people. That being said, something just isn't working with their system behind the scenes, and they still don't seem to have an efficient process worked out even 1.5 years into the pandemic. Our initial visit several months ago with Dr. Flanagan was amazing she is a wonderful veterinarian. She removed a tumor from our dog Max with a positive outcome. since her service was so good we decided to make the trip and come to this veterinary clinic which is about 30 miles away from our home. Attention management ! Can you please hire more staff? I've been waiting for more than one hour for a nail trim . Your staff and doctors are great but i can't sit in the car with my pet for over an hour ! I even schemed an appointment

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Very shocked at how rude the ladies at reception are, especially given the circumstances when dealing with someone's pet. This isn't a retail store, this is a place that you are supposed to feel safe and comfortable taking your pet to, and i received nothing close to that. I had taken my dogs here since they were puppies, and never had an issue. They weren't overly involved or invested vets like I had experienced other places, but they got the job done and were walking distance from my first apartment in LA. I attempted to get both my French bulldogs fixed and have their teeth cleaned, paid $500 for an initial visit for the vet, some blood work and exam to tell me they can do it. This place had been the best experience up until late last year. This gem of a vet clinic was sold to a large company and they are just a money grab now. Most of the seasoned vets have either left or are leaving and it's just awful now. They push unnecessary treatments and Tests.
