Only issue was the phone connection I was not able to comprehend or understand the communication. Hung up called back same issue but managed to work through it. Not sure if issue was on my end, but didn’t try a 3rd time.Anyway should be looked into.
My concerns and issue was resolved quickly, excellent customer service.

My account had the incorrect information on it. Spoke to Rose who was very helpful with getting the issue corrected.
Had system just over a year and is working great. Due to increase in electricity usage currently having palmetto install a second system.
Unfortunately, for the majority of businesses today, it’s all about the money. It’s all about creating a large portfolio of clients happy happy to say that is not the case with Palmetto. It is quite obvious to me with the way they handled my project and attended me, that their main concern is not the dollars but the overall satisfaction of the customer. Palmetto is not only a top notch company for their expertise in their line of work, but also for the heart they show in taking care of their customers.
We were pleased with our decision to utilize Palmetto. Their staff was professional and knowledgeable about things solar. We a were pleased with the fact that the sales person was very upfront, particularly with respect to not charging an “escalation” clause. App accurately charts consumption.
Palmetto has been my provider since my solar power was turned on. Although my local installation company went out of business, Palmetto is still working to correct the installation company paperwork SNAFU.
