I had a great experience woth my solar installation. I was informed about all the steps and process of the installation in advanced. They were very transparent and upfront. When I had questions, they were available and informative.

Working with Palmetto staff has been easy from our first conversations to switching on our panels. The provided answers to our questions, researching answers they weren't 100 percent on. Husband was VERY skeptical about solar, but the *** did her best to address each issue. She managed to leave him without further concerns! Rather than financing, we received a significant discount for paying cash, rather than financing, so we have no experience working with the financial folks. From start to finish my Palmetto team was always there to help and guide through me through the sometimes complicated steps of switching to solar power. Especially those steps dealing with the final completion of the process and the permits and inspections that the electric company had to perform and complete before flipping that switch - installation went smoothly and any questions I had about placement of the panels and approval of the panels placement was completed without any problems- I am forever grateful for their int... read more

I started with another solar company and the told me the installation wont be started for 6 months. When I reached out to palmetto the had everything completed less than 3 months. With not electric bill in 5 months.

Palmetto has been a joy to work with. From design to installation they made it very easy. I have had one problem since they installed my system, it was quickly resolved with a call to customer assistance. There are many ********************** companies out there, but I recommend this one . I have referred a friend and she had a system installed!
