I was recently contacted by Palmetto because of my desire to have solar panels put on the roof of my house, From the very beginning of them contacting me everything was very easy to understand about what each step of the process would be. They sent someone out to do the initial inspection very quickly and unfortunately, I was told they could not do it unless I had my roof replaced because of the condition of it. After receiving an email stating a company was in my area to check performance of solar panels, I got an immediate response to my inquiry about the effectiveness of my panels. I was assured this was not advisable and yhecrepresentstive even checked my panels to see they were in perfect working ordrr

My system has been up and running for about 10 days now. I have 10 450 W panels and a whole house battery for night use. Everything is working perfectly and I have energy to spare. I called to get my Solar agreement for refinancing, and was able to get everything taken care of within five minutes.
There were billing errors and they took care of them as soon as they were made aware.
