Their team was very patient in explaining everything I didn’t understand, and their explanations were very professional. Although I didn’t move forward with leasing their system due to a disagreement with my husband, their attitude remained excellent. They also handled my cancellation request promptly, even over the weekend!They did a great job!
The customer service representative was very nice and polite. He understood all of my questions and concerns about my new HVAC system. My bill was explained and I received a bill date too. The call was a success and I'm glad they were patient during the process.
Palmetto is very quick and efficient and I would recommend to anybody.

I'm a new customer and recently had a question regarding my bill so I emailed the help desk. I received a response from Roy within 3 hours with lots of helpful information. So far the Palmetto customer service has been great!
My HVAC uses more electricity than my old one never has Dominion told me I'm way over on my use. It heats good just costs more . Why is a light on the outside of it coming on when it runs? I haven't used service or responsiveness yet. I would not buy this again.
I had some questions regarding my solar activation. The representative i worked with was able to provide me with an email address, to address my questions. I was able to obtain answers quickly, once I had the right forum for asking. Appreciate the wonderful help, getting me in the right place to ask questions and receive responses back. Thank You!
Anthony, the representative who worked with me, is exceptional!!! He is the best customer care rep I've ever talked to. He understood and addressed my concerns and he also related to my apprehension. He is professional, proficient and dedicated. He went above and beyond to help me unlike one of the other representatives I spoke with two days ago who couldn't comprehend my questions and left my issues unresolved.
