I wanted to leave a review for the swift and fantastic service provided to me in reference to a legal name change on my acct. I spoke to customer service representative Jose via chat and he quickly submitted the request. I was able to upload my document through the chat and everything which was very convenient! This morning I had an email to sign the new document and all was completed in less than a day. Great service, easy process!
I get fast up dates I think they can read my mind. I can call or email my questions. If I need document they are sent quickly. Ever step im informed. I get sent information I didn't know i needed. I feel like I was taught a class on how solar works.. it's been a nice experience
Excellent Customer Service.
There were some concerns regarding the panel placement. I sent photos of the recent snow accumulation, and your people saw that the location needed changing, and made the necessary adjustment. They were so helpful and responded very quickly.
The customer service experience was great although the project stalled at one point but palmetto got it restarted. Unfortunately i think the other layers are still a problem. Im hoping all will be resolved in a matter of days fingers crossed. So palmetto im reaching again if i must.
