Palmetto seems to be one of those rare companies that is there for the customer. They listened and answered any questions, and when i reached out with questions after initial conversations, they were prompt to get back with me. Never had an issue with how they perfomed their job.
I had a question about my receiving power that nature, I was given a very detailed explanation of how things work there and where I needed to go to get the information. Very good and helpful information that I can now use to go to the right people when I need to, so thank you very much.
Customer service representative was very professional and I could clearly understand him. He seemed pleasant and in a positive mood. I told him what was needed and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Within 2 minutes I had what I needed in my email account.
My question was answer fast and very knowledgeable. I was very calm after I was taken care of
The solar team has been great everything went smooth except the sales person Pedro he should be replaced he does not return text or phone calls.
I am in the process of obtaining a Heloc, and needed a digital copy of the contract. I called the main number of Palmetto, and they transfered me to customer service. In less than 2 minutes a digital copy was sent to my phone, and 1 minute later it was on its way to my lender. If this is how they take care of their customers, I know my solar system is in the best of hands. Thank you Palmetto!!!
It has been several months since I completed PTO, yet my solar system is still not generating any power. I contacted Palmetto, and the representative, Alessandra, promptly reviewed my account and determined that it had not been activated by GAF due to incorrect account info. She proactively assisted by communicating with GAF on my behalf regarding the issue. I also contacted GAF directly, and they confirmed that my account has not yet been activated.
