This was my first time interacting with Palmetto Solar. I was very impressed with how quickly my problem was resolved and with such a nice team of people to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with, and resolved my issue very quickly. I am very pleased and satisfied, and would highly recommend them!

I didn't end up working with them in the end, but the customer service I worked with were professional and efficient. They were prompt in helping me and knowledgeable on the processes needed to complete my request.
I called to understand billing, length of lease, buyout procedure and others. The Employee was able to provide answers to all my questions in a caring and professional manner.
My associate was courteous and prompt, and my problem was resolved in a matter of just a few minutes. associate explain things to me in a way that I could understand them.
our solar is not working for 4 months already. we finally stopped paying our monthly bill and that got attention from Charles in customer service and Rodgie de la Pena. They have been trying hard to get Solar Edge to send the optimizers, which so far has not been successful. But since we stopped paying, they are working hard to resolve the problem.
Solar panels were the last thing we would’ve thought about. But due to the great sales lady that came to explain everything here we are. Solar panels installed, system up and running, and we’re saving energy every single day. Our questions were answered completely before we signed the contract. The installation of the panels was done professionally. The interaction by email has been great. And the follow up questions have been answered. We’re very happy that we chose this company and decided to do the solar panels.
