We had them for several years now. Last summer from May to Oct. we had a ZERO balance on our electric bill. Hoping for a hot and sunny summer. We even recommended the company to my sister.she just had them installed a month ago.
I am a relatively new Palmetto LightReach customer. The sales consultation process, the subcontractor installation team, and Palmetto customer service team were highly professional and exhibited solid communications throughout the process. We are currently working through a notable difference in some of the solar system specifications presented in the PPA contact and actual installation delivered, however, it appears that the outcome will be resolved satisfactorily soon.
The service provided by Palmetto has been nothing short of excellent, the employees are professional and always pleasant and helpful.

After receiving notes about days when we had a noticeably higher draw we reached out for some clarifcation. We have an EV and when it is being charged it draws around 18kwh which exceeds the usual 8 kwh we generate. The response we received was unusual in that it addressed the question and provided a fact based perspective. (Not the typical canned non specific pablum answer which is the norm elswhere.)
