I called needing some information. The information was provided in a timely manner.
I needed a document quickly. Couldn't find my copy of the original agreement. Called and received within minutes. Seems little but was critical at that moment.

I have always been skeptical of using Solar panels. Mike explained the installation process and the savings I would incur from using the panels. The included 25 year warranty on my roof was also a deciding factor for me. My panels haven't been connected long enough for me to experience the savings, but I am looking forward to Spring and Summer when the savings will really be noticeable.
They answered all my questions politely and resolved a problem with a contractor.
I recently had an issue with the Palmetto app. The team was very prompt with their review and responses to get the issue resolved.
