Everybody I've ever talked to at palmetto over the last 3 years I've been nothing but professional and excellent. They have guided me through the way and my solar system works awesome and they have taught me so much about it I have nothing but thanks. Awesome customer service was given
The representative did have a slight language issue for me but they were very patient with me as we worked through my questions. In the end all issues were settled. He was very well versed in all issues.
The response was quick and accurate. I needed to update my new email address and they got back to me less than 12 hours.

I called to obtain a digital copy of my lease agreement to provide to my mortgage company. The representative was able to send the copy to my email and even stayed on the line while I verified that it was received.
Representative was very helpful in resolving a problem we had asked several other Representatives to resolve and the others were not helpful.
The customer service clerk was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which is very rare these days. Her name was Aisha. Very nice person to talk to!!
