They were very knowledgeable as well as their great customer service. I asked a lot of questions and they were able to answer them all with complete knowledge of every phase of it. I would highly recommend them. They followed through on scheduled appointments precisely as followed in every detail.
Listened to the change of. the account and changed to new account numbers . I was treated with respect and could tell them exactly why the account was changed . it was necessary and the account was changed so it could be paid.

I didn’t understand something that was going on so I reached out via email to the customer service and I got a response back the same day maybe a couple hours later I liked that they were very knowledgeable on the situation and I understood everything after that.
The system they have is efficient and easy to use, which leads to great service. It walks through everything and keeps you up to date with what is the next step. Would definitely use them again.
I recently requested to add more solar panels for my home since the current amount of solar panels I have, that were recently installed, which were 11 panels, do not meet my energy consumption. The associate who assisted me was very kind and informed me that she has opened a case to send my request. I am currently waiting for a response back from Palmetto to assist with my request.
