They do a great job. had a small issue where in the installation part, a air conditioning pipe of mine was broken and they had to fix it, this could be worked on a little more for a 5 stars

Same to be a good company. Just take awhile to get all permits to get everything hooded up. But that's not Palmetto fault.

When something went wrong they were there to fix it right away and the customer service department was very helpful
