It has been several months since I completed PTO, yet my solar system is still not generating any power. I contacted Palmetto, and the representative, Alessandra, promptly reviewed my account and determined that it had not been activated by GAF due to incorrect account info. David from Trident came to see me after I had called for a sales briefing for solar power for my home. David took about an hour to explain the benefits for Palmetto- Light Reach program. I have over the last 2-3 years been interested in solar power because frankly I can't stand the power company. The customer support team was responsive and resolved my issue promptly.
Great experience with Palmetto Solar. The process was smooth, installation was quick, and the team was professional the whole way through. They explained everything clearly and delivered exactly what they promised. Already seeing savings on my electric bill. Highly recommend.
We had them for several years now. Last summer from May to Oct. we had a ZERO balance on our electric bill. Hoping for a hot and sunny summer. We even recommended the company to my sister.she just had them installed a month ago.
