I'm so excited to go solar with Palmetto Energy! I'm totally impressed with my solar energy lease and reducing my dependence on fossil fuel energy. Everyone I've dealt with have been amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable, too.
Our panels were up in no time and cleaned up. The hook up to our service took a little longer and something had to be changed and was told everything was working the way it is suppose to now. Both crews did a great job on clean up! We've had a lot of cloudy days and not sure if our unit has saved us any money because we've had to buy from the grid and it has went sky high! Palmetto has been a wonderful company to work with. Always available to talk to with any concerns. They seemed to really care about Customer Service, which of course is very important for a business , to stay successful.
Angelo was knowledgeable, profession and courteous. He explained the process before beginning, asked whether we had questions, and provided answers that we understood. He also explained the solar to electrical connectivity in detail and requested our preferences for equipment and wiring locations, which Angelo included in the site survey report.
The customer service I received from the representstive was excellent. He was patient, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to obtain answers to my questions and he provided a clear response to my inquiry. He had very good communication skills and customer service.

I have always been interested in conservation, namely my energy consumption. Researching the topic, Palmetto stood out from the rest. After careful consideration, my choice was made. After discussing with the wife and reviewing our particular situation we decided that now wasn't a good time for us. Called and talked with a representative, explained our situation and he canceled our account with no further questions. Professional and friendly service.
