Once they got everything installed, approved, inspected and connected - we were finally good to go. It took a long time from first contact to completion so patience is key and now it is worth it. The company responds quickly to questions and follows up quickly. It is great to see how much energy we use vs how much we are generating.

The Palmetto Solar support staff were able to answer all my questions with respect to the activation and operation of my newly installed solar system at my home. I had some login issues with the Palmetto app and those were quickly resolved during my conversation with the Palmetto support staff. The system has been operating for several days and I can monitor performance with the Palmetto app, thanks to the help provided by the Palmetto support staff. Great experience.

I was recently contacted by Palmetto because of my desire to have solar panels put on the roof of my house, From the very beginning of them contacting me everything was very easy to understand about what each step of the process would be. They sent someone out to do the initial inspection very quickly and unfortunately, I was told they could not do it unless I had my roof replaced because of the condition of it.
