Easy to get connected to appropriate personnel. Excellent customer service. Knowledgable and courteous staff. I was able to have my issue resolved in a minimum amount of time.
Everyone that I have talked to has been easy to get along with. Clear in communicating and easy to understand.
Salesperson Rob McClinton was great. Very responsive, provided a competitive quote. He worked closely with me and went to bat to customize the contract. Unfortunately, Palmetto's standard contract calls for 90% payment a week _before_ installation. From a customer perspective, that's not good contract management. Once a contractor has received 90% payment, what leverage does a customer have (except legal remedies)?
They are good at letting you know what you need to know. No complaints.
Finally getting my solar done
Palmetto has been an awesome provider in both solar and customer service!
Palmetto took the time to figure out my issue and tell me what to do/who to contact to resolve my issue between all the companues involved.
My question was answered in a professional manner and I enjoyed talking to the representative.
