I needed some help and customer service was right there ready to help me. Sometimes, companies ignore their customers when issues arise. Not this one, they helped me until my problem was solved & even wanted to confirm that I was satisfied.
What is says on the tin. Customer service representative cleared up communication issue. An automated email came across as very intrusive and judgmental. The customer service representative who responded to my email about their automated email, Cleared up that automated email’s bad miscommunication. Which I am very grateful for, that automated email had made me very uncomfortable. The response from the customer service representative has made me comfortable.
I had an issue with my automatic payment for the month of January. I had no problems with the previous month however for some reason, this month was not automatically taken out. With the help of a great employee on the other end of the phone, he was able to help me sort out this issue and in hopes of going forward it will not reoccur.
I reached out to customer support regarding a lack of communication on my recent solar project install. During the early stages of my project, the install team was open with communication and we work together regarding their specific requests. The install was completed timely and went very well.
