The billing staff was excellent and they were very considerate and understanding about the financial hardship and health issues I'm dealing with at the present time.

Excellent attitude and professionalism
Our neighborhood is saturated with people knocking on my door to try and sell us solar for our home. For whatever reason I gave this particular person from Palmetto Energy a few minutes of my time. Quick change from paper to paperless billing.
There was an initial glitch is the application, tech support was understanding, knowledgeable and had helpful in explaining the issue and correcting it. I now have a clear understanding, and of app and of my solar system performance.
