My system has been up and running for about 10 days now. I have 10 450 W panels and a whole house battery for night use. Everything is working perfectly and I have energy to spare. I called to get my Solar agreement for refinancing, and was able to get everything taken care of within five minutes.
There were billing errors and they took care of them as soon as they were made aware.
My wife and I previously had a third party owned solar energy system in Connecticut. We have been waiting for a similar experience in Pennsylvania and along came Palmetto. Their sales and installation are serviced by SpartanX. Everything from initial visit and sales pitch to installation was smooth and professional. We are now waiting for the local inspection and meter change out, all arranged by Palmetto. With Palmetto we feel we are helping boost solar as a workable energy alternative.
I have had the best experience with the palmetto program! I have talked to service staff and installation I have had such great success with everything they have done for me!
