I appreciate Palmetto's prompt notifications when a problem occurs. And appreciate their prompt acknowledgement and resolution of any issues.
I sent an email and received not only a quick, same day reply but also a phone call follow up. The customer service rep was knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions and was very kind and courteous; it's nice to know this kind of excellent personal touch service still exists. I'd give 6 stars if I could!
Everyone was very nice, informative and professional
All of my 24 panels were installed without issue or complications. Very smooth. While I do have to pay for my panels, my electric bill has been reduced at least 50%. In the long term, this investment will increase the value of my home. Electric rates in my area went up more than 10% in January so I am more glad that I've chosen this path. Palmetto Customer Service have been great.
PALMETTO ANSWERED ME VERY FAST AND ENSURE ME THAT ARE GOING TO WORK WITH MY SITUATION.
I made a service call to Palmetto. The representative was friendly and extremely helpful and made sure the right people were contacted. Was told it could take up to 72 hours response with the ticket, but was resolved in less than 2 hours. Very happy!

I was having trouble with the company doing the install and activation of my system. Just literally the worst experience I've had in a long time. Palmetto got on it and problem solved in a hurry! System works well and i am glad that the people at Palmetto are supporting it.
Imagine my fear when I saw I had been billed 3 times in 1 month !! Because of the skill of the tech I was dealing with ( I do not recall his name ), I was given a clear and, believable explanation of what had occured. Skilled, well trained and professional help. Well Done. Problem solved.
