I contacted Palmetto and within one chat, one phone call and a couple emails they set it up and explained to me how I could log in. Now I am more independent on watching my energy use and savings. I suggest any and every use this company.

The information provided was very right-on and clarified the process of getting final connection with Palmetto… just takes a bit of time and patience… I have been in contact with the system installation team, and all inspections are scheduled for 5/1.
