I called because I was unable to log in. It kept telling me I already had an account.But I still could not log in, and certainly didn't know a pass. The young lady told me there was an issue with the app and it would be fixed. Wow was it fixed within a few hours. I recently had solar installed at my home and there was an "unknown issue" keeping it from generating. I called in to see if they could sus out the problem and get the system going. They were able to find and fix the problem within an hour!
I was somewhat apprehensive in the beginning of the trail to going solar. The Rep. Tate eased my mind while explaining the entire program. In the end, I'm happy that the decision to go forward came easy. So far it's working well.
I had a question regarding my installation wires, called customer service. They answered quickly, explained details and answered all my questions fully.
