My dashboard was not working and I could not see my stats. A brief (and not inaccurate) chat with their AI bot---which did helpfully ask if I would like a person---led to someone who could take my request. Once the request was made, the action was fast and accurate. My dashboard was fixed and functioning within an hour.

My husband and I are excited about the opportunity to add solar panels to our home to help offset the cost of electricity in sunny Arizona.
