I contacted Palmetto and within one chat, one phone call and a couple emails they set it up and explained to me how I could log in. Now I am more independent on watching my energy use and savings. I suggest any and every use this company.
Very concise and informative response in a very timely manner. The information provided was very right-on and clarified the process of getting final connection with Palmetto… just takes a bit of time and patience… I have been in contact with the system installation team, and all inspections are scheduled for 5/1.

Had a minor issue with the app showing my production. Sent the email request, and expected that it would be resolved eventually. What actually happened was that Palmetto investigated the issue and completely fixed the issue. Communication was great!
