I had an issue with the 3rd party solar installers and cancelled the contract. The contract was via Palmetto. David helped me to confirm my cancellation and helped to get the company to stop contacting me, trying to say the contract could not be voided. Then he helped to get the materials picked up that were installed. Amazing service!

I found working with Palmetto to be a very satisfying experience. I originally sign with a solar installer with the ability to shop around. Unfortunately for them I found an installer who worked with what I wanted. The good part was Palmetto also was the financer for that one also. All it took was an email cancelling the first and keeping the second. Palmetto made it seamless.
