Timely service which was needful on my end, came when I needed it most. I’m not one to be anxious when things go south, but like most of us, I’m not thrilled either when things go wrong and we can’t fix it ourself. I guess there is an upside when a problem is solved because someone steps in to save the day and I can once again enjoy normality. Made me confident for the future.

As a prospective Palmetto custimer, I changed my mind about participating in a Solar project. After doing my research I did not find any issues with the Palmetto company, quite the contrary. My main concern was that I may be selling my home within a few years and I thought the solar agreement could possibly complicate a potential sale. I don't know this to be true, but I declined to proceed with the solar agreement. This is my first time using the app. I did not understand the numbers and it said there were errors. The AI was not helpful but the real person was. He was fast and wrote up a ticket and promised 24 hour response time.

I needed assistance with canceling the project and wanted to follow up on the attempt. Juan helped me understand the status, appreciated what I was feeling, and understood my need right away. I had Palmetto install my solar system about December of 2023. With a little over a year time under the belt and been through a bunch of issues with my HOA before the installation and with production problems with some solar panels after the installation with in first year, I can safely say that Palmetto stuck with me, providing a good service through this time. I love Palmetto - they have taken a such good care of us in our service needs around the solar array on our house. They reimbursed us for a repair of our stucco that was damaged during the installation. Then, when the system was down, they were very responsive to get our issue resolved and our system back up and running!
