I recently emailed customer service with a question about my system. Within 24 hrs I had an answer complete with explanation.
We've had Palmetto Solar for just over four years now. I'm extremely satisfied with the product. We were told we could expect 75% production of our utility needs. With a few adjustments to LED lights and new windows with "E" protection, we are actually at 90%. No issues with the equipment. My one complaint is the app. They say they have functionality with our power company, when in fact it's in "beta" development. The beta development is over 24 months in "development".
Their systems and systems support are very good. The program seems solid. I am pleased with my new solar installation.
I was attended in less than 24 hours and my request was solved immediately. Good companies solve the matters, do not postpone them.

I had questions and Sunny was very knowledgeable and patient. Even sent me an email afterwards saying she would be glad to help with other questions as needed. Being new to Solar, I really appreciate her doing that.
I have been extremely happy with this service, not only is it saving me a lot of money, it helps me budget my finances more accurately. Having a fixed payment a month and not having any surprise expensive monthly bills make life so much easier to plan. The customer service team are always quick to respond and always are happy to help with any issues. I highly recommend this company above all others.
