Good evening, I had some misunderstandings with my power company, regarding installment and fund available. Calling Palmetto clarified and solved the misundertanding, under a fraction of less than 20 minutes. Thank you for your quick response.

We are still relatively new customers, but all interactions with them thus far have been great. Their app looks and functions well and their agents are knowledgeable and helpful. We look forward to working with them more.
