Very good service
I had put off calling because I was expecting a long wait time on a Monday morning. To my surprise I got a gal answering within a minute, or so. She was very friendly and knew her job. Looked up my account rite away. (I was expecting to jump through hoops, because I didn't have the proper info.) But that was no problem :-) She had all my info right away. Even though we didn't end up using their services, the company was very helpful in taking care of our concerns and were very professional and resolved our problem quickly.

We had a pleasant meeting with two representatives of Palmetto informing us of how the solar home project works. It was explained clearly and our questions at the time were all answered . For most people I can see how this program would be very beneficial. It's definitely worth the time to listen about it and give it consideration. Debbie Steppe
The customer support specialist was able to help me with my service request. Specialist was respectful and helpful. Representative was knowledgeable and well prepared for my questions during our initial meeting. Unfortunately, I was not able to follow through with the panels due to my own circumstances.
Very satisfied with palmetto energy
Their team was very patient in explaining everything I didn’t understand, and their explanations were very professional. Although I didn’t move forward with leasing their system due to a disagreement with my husband, their attitude remained excellent. They also handled my cancellation request promptly, even over the weekend!They did a great job!
