We are selling our home and had questions regarding the process to transfer ownership of the panels and system, and warranty continuation, for the new owners. My system did not seem to be performing at it's best, but I wasn't sure how to check the details myself. Jose did a great job answering all of my questions and checking my system. He was detailed and polite. I'm glad to be working with Palmetto.

Palmetto has made it so much easier to complete the solar process for me and my wife. Everything we have to complete paperwork wise has been so easy with the online and not having to make appointments to go in and sign anything at a certain time.I work late so I would have to take a day off without pay.But with the way Palmetto has isbset up I was able to do all the paperwork and check the progress right from my phone. Timely service which was needful on my end, came when I needed it most. I’m not one to be anxious when things go south, but like most of us, I’m not thrilled either when things go wrong and we can’t fix it ourself. I guess there is an upside when a problem is solved because someone steps in to save the day and I can once again enjoy normality. Made me confident for the future.
