Austin Young stepped up and helped me. He expedited my case after a lull. Austin made sure a grout spill on my garage and scheduled my electric inspection so my solar can be activated. My progress was stalled and Austin made sure it was back on track .I feel comfortable that Palmetto will have my back for the duration of my solar experience.
