The salesman was very kind, courteous and very informative. He was always available to me for any questions that I may have. I could call him and he would answer right back. It was very easy transfer from envy energy to Palmetto Solar. I would recommend this to anyone that cares about the energy crisis.
Called to get update on installation status. Friendly and helpful customer service rep located the correct office to provide information. Overall, made sure my questions were answered and that I was ready for next steps in installation process. This kind of investment doesn't happen overnight, so I appreciate how thorough the team is being. For now, I can't rate Value, Quality, or Service since my panels aren't yet installed.
The customer service and professional manner of the staff is outstanding.
The company installing my solar panels and later on found out they were not reading properly. They sent the next day a crew out to correct the problem and also corrected a problem that I had on my bill. This is what I call. Great service where they spotted something wrong and made the corrections in a very timely manner..This company takes care of their customer from start to finish.
They were very knowledgeable as well as their great customer service. I asked a lot of questions and they were able to answer them all with complete knowledge of every phase of it. I would highly recommend them. They followed through on scheduled appointments precisely as followed in every detail.
Listened to the change of. the account and changed to new account numbers . I was treated with respect and could tell them exactly why the account was changed . it was necessary and the account was changed so it could be paid.
We decided to go solar and so far we are very happy. We have just started this adventure
They jumped right on my problem and seemed concerned as I was.
