After many phone calls, texts, and emails with Sun Strong I was not able to get any response from them. After contacting Palmetto, and told them of this, they were able to resolve it quickly. My husband had passed away in October of 2 024 and I wanted his name removed and mine put in place along with a new email address and phone number. I do appreciate the quick response handling this.
My experience with solar companies has been one with many a turnng road. I've been looking for a solar company for more then 4yrs. And I found most sales people either they were to new to the business and were vague about alot of questions I would ask and no answers. I found with Extact and the sales person I dealt with was honest and trust worthy. Palmetto Solar and SkyEnergy worked together to provide me with a wonderful energy saving product! SkyEnergy was the sales side and Palmetto Solar did the finance side. A truly great combination! Palmetto Solar in particular worked very hard to make it possible to afford Solar energy. I must give a Shout Out to Theresa Johnson in customer service for all her help! I will recommend Palmetto Solar to everyone.

If you’re looking for an easy and positive experience, then look no further. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to explain the process in detail the commitment to ensuring I was satisfied throughout the process was remarkable highly recommend.
All the personal I talked to where very informative and not pushy at all.They covered all aspects of the hardware and installation process.The only thing I thought was a little negative was the term of the contract, it seemed like a mortgage term then a contract for solar panels.
