After discussing with the wife and reviewing our particular situation we decided that now wasn't a good time for us. Called and talked with a representative, explained our situation and he canceled our account with no further questions. Professional and friendly service.

We have had solar panels installed for nearly two years now and can only say how great Palmetto Energy has been. No money up front, just a monthly lease payment, and the minimum FPL bill (around $25 - $30 per month). We are saving money every month and reducing the environmental impact of our heating and cooling equipment.
We were very happy with our salesman’s explanation and helpfulness so we understood how it all worked. This program made sense but with our circumstances it doesn’t work right now.
