The process was very smooth and professional. We had several options for communication and received a timely response to our request.
Called Palmetto to check on my Solar bill. I'm on Autopsy & I didn't get an email before g the Autopsy was taken out of my checking account. The gentlemen told me the email was sent earlier this month. Have to start checking my spam mail. He was very helpful explaining that it had been taken out of my checking account.
I looked at solar two years ago and the cost was unaffordable. Structuring the deal with lease payments on par with your average monthly payment and avoiding having to own and maintain the equipment is a far better way to go. Excited to be largely off the grid for my power consumption.
Palmetto was very responsive in taking down an extra account. They handled the account quickly and removed the account responsibly by confirming that I was who I said I was. This was a very secure handling that gives confidence.
Once they got everything installed, approved, inspected and connected - we were finally good to go. It took a long time from first contact to completion so patience is key and now it is worth it. The company responds quickly to questions and follows up quickly. It is great to see how much energy we use vs how much we are generating.
