Palmetto Solar has been an amazing company to work with. I needed a copy of my solar contract and it was easy to get it. There were some system issues last week and they emailed me how to troubleshoot it before I even knew there was an issue and made sure to follow up with me during and after. Definitely a great experience and I'm grateful for their customer service.

I had a local vendor knock on my door and asked if he could inspect and clean my solar panels. I deferred him for a couple of hours and called Palmetto to ask when cleaning was necessary and what service they recommend. I was advised it was part of my coverage as a Palmetto customer. I was further advised that they monitor the efficiency of my solar array, and if they are reduced because of cleanliness that they will make the arrangements. Question answered problem solved.
A little mixed up on my part, but the representative was very patient with me. He finally helped me to figure it out. I could not get his name but he was very patient.
Palmetto has great customer service and helped me with my solar panels they were quick and had patience.
Any questions I have regarding my solar system is always answered and given care.
Helped me out with my request as promised. Did a great job explaining and did everything he said he would do. Followed up with me the next day to ensure I received the documents I needed.
