Well from A to Z . Being new to solar energy goes I’m fairly new at this . Reassuring that I would not get two bills one from solar and one from the energy company; as long as I don’t over use power that I’m set up for . This was my first concern. Solar looks cool on the roof but all I get is two big bills during the winter wouldn’t look so cool after awhile and that wouldn’t be a good resale to a new home owner lol . I felt better afterwards so thank you.
They took there time to explain in detail everything that need to be done and answered all r questions there workers were on time fast and professional would totally recommend them to use

Called Palmetto, Solar to find out the steps required to transfer ownership of a home due to an upcoming sale. Because we purchased the solar panels rather than leasing them, the agent indicated that there was no additional requirements needed from us. The agent did recommend that we inform the new owners that they should contact Palmetto to maintain service on the panels. The agent was very knowledgeable to all my questions and provided me some good recommendations. Very professional!
I encountered an issue with the app where I wasn’t able to upload a document and the technical team resolved it relatively quickly.
I sold my home and unfortunately done with Palmetto Solasolar r. I am grateful for the personable, professional and thorough interaction that I received throughout my 12 year dealing Palmetto help desk and employees. I am disappointed to return to grid utilities and losing out on monthly savings. I suspect the new home owners will appreciate what Palmetto Solar offers them.
I messaged support because my energy profile needed me to put in rate. I thought it needed to be an integer but support told me it was expecting in currency format. They answered quickly and correctly.
