The company has been making a great effort to answer questions and address requests
For personal reasons, I recently had changed my mind about having solar installed. I was apprehensive about notifying them, but I was answered promptly & there was no pressure to change my mind. That says alot about the character of this company.
This is company is supreme, top notch and off the chain! The customer service is the best I have ever dealt with! They answer every question and they always respond quickly! Honestly, going solar has not only saved us money, but has been a great experience with the Palmetto Company! They ROCK!

When I was having trouble understanding exactly how my solar panels interact with the grid, the Palmetto representative patiently explained how I can track the energy I am importing, producing and exporting. It made things so much clearer!
