I had a few different companies attempt to sign us up for their solar panels, but their processes seemed overly complicated and more expensive. I easily understood the program through Palmetto/Light Reach, from site planning to installation was just smooth. I even was able to get brand new windows for my home for less per month with other companies.

My recent interaction regarding solar panels was A plus. From the salesperson to the helpline afterword all of my questions were answered quickly and I never felt like I was being pushed into signing on, expert and friendly experience.
I contacted Palmetto on a continuous App issue. The live chat person was online quickly and was able to at least tell me what the problem was.
Excelente servicio
Had a very lengthy conversation with customer support trying to link our Sonova and Palmetto accounts together. Our salesman had told us it was a possibility. The customer service rep was very helpful. Very patient tried very hard to make this happen. Unfortunately two separate owners, it was not able to be completed, but give her kudos for trying so hard.
It was nice to have him come by and save me more money on what I was paying. I would recommend to friends and family .

Palmetto Solar has been an amazing company to work with. I needed a copy of my solar contract and it was easy to get it. There were some system issues last week and they emailed me how to troubleshoot it before I even knew there was an issue and made sure to follow up with me during and after. Definitely a great experience and I'm grateful for their customer service.
