Palmetto made the whole process easy! They've been helpful when issues have popped up (life happens), and they get things taken care of quickly. I've heard horror stories about other solar companies, but Palmetto has been there when I've needed them.

They understand that most people don't don't have all the technological knowledge when it comes to solar. They were very courteous and took the time to provide more information about solar. Im from Los Angeles, the summer here is brutal. Having Palmetto has freed me from $1000 electric bill for running my AC all day long. I had a 4900 sq ft house, and I think having solar is literally a must. Keeps me comfortable, and the loan is only $220 per month. Great service, never had any issue in the past two years since installation.
I appreciate the information provided, but I currently don’t have the answers yet. We’re just getting started with the reroofing process.
Have not had best first impression with this company. They are starting to turn things around finally and doing better. Our project is not yet showing completed but I am told this is happening soon.
