I'm a new customer and recently had a question regarding my bill so I emailed the help desk. I received a response from Roy within 3 hours with lots of helpful information. So far the Palmetto customer service has been great!
My HVAC uses more electricity than my old one never has Dominion told me I'm way over on my use. It heats good just costs more . Why is a light on the outside of it coming on when it runs? I haven't used service or responsiveness yet. I would not buy this again.
I had some questions regarding my solar activation. The representative i worked with was able to provide me with an email address, to address my questions. I was able to obtain answers quickly, once I had the right forum for asking. Appreciate the wonderful help, getting me in the right place to ask questions and receive responses back. Thank You!
Anthony, the representative who worked with me, is exceptional!!! He is the best customer care rep I've ever talked to. He understood and addressed my concerns and he also related to my apprehension. He is professional, proficient and dedicated. He went above and beyond to help me unlike one of the other representatives I spoke with two days ago who couldn't comprehend my questions and left my issues unresolved. System is up and running. Slight hiccup but it has worked out just fine.
The guy I talked to was very nice. He spoke English very well which surprised me even though he was in Mexico City. We figured out what the problem was and had it corrected quickly.

Requested a quote on cost for a battery backup to my solar panels so I would have power in casse of hurricanes or blackouts. I am waiting for their sales people to call me back. I was told there are many sizes (and prices) and given only one price but I need to know what size I need and the installation cost. I am waitng for a call back.
