I was very skeptical at first moving forward with solar in our home. The employees we have had contact with are VERY kind, and knowledgeable. Every question has been answered, anytime we have one. They are basically holding our hands through this process. All aspects of job that have been completed so far have been done professionally. We feel each employee that we have met to be a friend. I just want to say, I really appreciate everybody who had a hand in this project and everyone who works at at Palmetto, you guys are great.
Palmetto was so easy to work with from the sales man to everyone in between. Junior was extremely helpful and took the time to really explain but never push his product on me. He was happy to answer any and all questions and guided me all the way through. I appreciate working with people like this.
Electric bills continue to rise and renting the panels look like a great idea since twenty five years from now I will still be paying the same

From the start of the process to the installation and even after the representatives of Palmetto have been great with updates and making sure everything went smoothly. Recently they went above and beyond and helped me in getting necessary paperwork before a extremely short deadline that I really needed to close on my refiance.
Every time I have asked for anything to be done for me or for a question that I didn't have an answer to, I only have to ask and I get more than I wanted and none of it is useless. It's just the right amount of information and service that works amazingly for me.
