If you’re looking for an easy and positive experience, then look no further. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to explain the process in detail the commitment to ensuring I was satisfied throughout the process was remarkable highly recommend.
All the personal I talked to where very informative and not pushy at all.They covered all aspects of the hardware and installation process.The only thing I thought was a little negative was the term of the contract, it seemed like a mortgage term then a contract for solar panels.
Sorry, I started to second guess my decision. But I am fine now.
Very good service
I had put off calling because I was expecting a long wait time on a Monday morning. To my surprise I got a gal answering within a minute, or so. She was very friendly and knew her job. Looked up my account rite away. (I was expecting to jump through hoops, because I didn't have the proper info.) But that was no problem :-) She had all my info right away. And did everything I was expecting to take Much longer. I don't remember her name. But I think she deserves a doughnut & coffee. My suggestion its to bring Doughnuts & coffe... read more
