The new 27 unit solar array placed on my roof is quite complex. Being a new owner, I need a lot of concerns explained. The folks at Palmetto not only helped with billing concerns but also referred me to my solar installation support folks. I am now a happy solar camper!
Made the support call when my panels weren’t submitting their energy consumption and they didn’t even worry about bothering me..just went ahead and got it fixed. Easy peasy.

The products themselves work and run with out issues! The staff whom I have spoke with and emailed with about my account to learn how the solar energy works have been very helpful and nice! They followed up with each email I sent which was nice even though I didn’t understand everything when I asked a question, they figured it all out and were very helpful!
Since installation, I needed to call the Palmetto office several times with simple questions. Each time I was connected to a customer service, that not only spoke English, but also was able to help answer my question. I am very pleased with our solar system and the people that support it.
