I’m just starting with my energy solar system It is winter and productivity is like 10 to 15% when I was expecting 80
Everyone was very pleasant to work with i can't remember Everyone name first couple guys were nice to work with very polite it was drug out a little bit cause of weather but finally got it done I spent all day with some of these men easy to talk with also so I can only hope it goes the way it is suppose to
I was impressed by the great customer service. Explained everything to me in detail.
After power outage my service didn't reboot. The company called several times to advise but the number came up spam so we didn't answer. I happen to check my email and they had sent a few. I called and explained the issue. I was in touch with the rep who had tried to contact me. She explained what I needed to get back online. She stayed on the call and guided me through. Didn't take long at all. I got a text the next day informing me everything was ok. Great service.
We are new to Solar and so far Palmetto has provided excellent service. Looking forward to a long relationship with them. All my questions have been answered quickly and professionally. Thank you Palmetto!
