They were quick to respond but never really had any interaction with them other than email . Price was competitive but was not sure of the quality of their component's.

We just had the county inspection. The inspector approved the installation - both the panels and electrical. He also told us that the panels were really installed well and that he is impressed with the quality of their work. The process has been virtually seamless for us. Palmetto does all the paperwork and informs us of each step. Looking forward to when the solar is running!
Installation went fast and everything was cleaned up afterwards
The installers were excellent and very professional. Initial sales calls were informative and answered our questions. Your texts and emails stated that I would hear from our sales rep within 24 to 48 hours that was Monday the 15th on Friday the 19th I called and it went to voice mail and I have not heard from you. Once you get someone on phone, it is great service, but many challenges to get someone on the phone. I’m very happy that I went solar and that I went with Palmetto. They kept me informed every step of the way.
Palmetto coordinated and communicated timely and professional with the solar installation. Their employees are efficient and professional with their duties, time and skills. Safety was important and implemented as I observed often during the installation of panels. I was impressed with their work ethics and skills, especially during this weather high heat days. They were experienced installers on my rooftops which I was pleased to see during the hot day of solar panel installation.
