I signed up for a solar panel installation with Palmetto Solar company but a few days later was made aware of a problem concerning a family member and the possibility of having to sell my house within the next few years. This led to my decision of not moving forward with this project at the present time. I informed Palmetto of my decision, and they responded favorably within 48 hours to my request for cancellation. Palmetto has been a good company to work with. The sales and install went well. As questions and concerns have come up their Customer Service has been excellent, Their people have been courteous, patient & responsive.
Initially I had problems with my solar system. Intermittent system shutdown. I live in a small town in NE AZ, , 3 hours from Phoenix (where thier field support are stationed) Each time I requested field tech support they scheduled and came all this way to work the issue. It was a tricky / Intermittent issue but they worked with my feedback and. I felt like, together we resolved the issue. My system has performed flawlessly since

My experience with palmetto representative Tristan was amazing very professional friendly and caring.
Great product and friendly staff. I am saving $100/month over the budget bill I had with my electric company! It took almost a year from when we got the ball rolling to everything working, but it is worth it. Everyone who has come to the house has been friendly and hard working.
