Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Palmetto so far. The panels were just activated the other day. They have been friendly, professional, and the price has been great. The monitoring app is really easy to use and fun! They were even flexible with me when I had some last-minute mixup with the electric company meaning that I needed to change my contract which I really appreciated because they could’ve just left me with a larger system I didn’t need and they took care of me instead.

We have the solar panels for over a year now and the experience has been exactly what was expected. From beginning to end, Palmetto Solar delivered on time and was very professional in keeping us updated every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them for your solar needs.

I was considering was to support clean energy when Palmetto representative Emaud was visiting a neighbor who was not home. We spoke and I was interested in hearing what about Solar. He took the time and helped me become comfortable that he was on the up and up and knew his facts. Once signed up, I worked with people who took the time to help me understand each step - somewhat confusing, but being able to reach someone to clarify if I got confused was great. We had a near perfect experience with having Palmetto/ Sun Valley Solar do our installation. We've had the system about 7 months now, and no problems. They may be more expensive than some of the smaller unknown solar companies, but they are worth it, knowing they will be here if something does break down in the future.

It produces even in cloudy days and with a skiff of snow on it. All of which we have had the past 5 days. Amazing

I am more than pleased with my Palmetto Solar system. Everything from the first contact with the sales guy to the installation and inspection went well. The installation crew arrived on time and discussed the best way to access the roof and cleaned up everything when they finished.

In May I made contact and talked with Kyle Larson. From that contact we decided to proceed. The evaluation and recommendations were very complete. Based on this information we moved on. Instillation was next. Very complete, neat and quick. The crew was outstanding and answered our questions. Waiting for inspections and meter change were frustrating since we had panels that could generate but delayed until these steps were completed, about a month. Finally, this past Monday we were go.
