The initial installation was fine, but workers have been back 4 times now to make adjustments and we are not up and running yet! Installation starts on Dec. 29.

They were able to get the system installed in under 3 months while competitors were fumbling around. Solar panels are superior to the competition with higher efficiency and output.

They did an excellent job. The installation was completed on a very cold day in December.

The whole experience, from the salesperson to the installation team, was outstanding. Usually, in my experience, once the sale is done, there's not much communication. With Palmetto, that was not the case. The communication continued throughout making sure all my needs and questions were addressed. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, honest, and went out of their way to keep us informed and provide us with very helpful information that one does not normally get.
