We are only 2 months in with our new solar panels but the process so far is great. Our panels look great and we are now waiting to see our electric bill start dropping.

I'm satisfied so far with my solar panels and the installation. However, I'm disappointed with the Ambassador program because my rep is telling me that a person I referred doesn't qualify me for the award. He told the person (my immediate neighbor) to speak to me. The neighbor spoke to me, and then decided Palmetto was the right company for him. I told my rep about this conversation weeks before the panels were installed, and now my rep is saying this doesn't count.
