I had some issues initially setting up the account. I somehow ended up with multiple things set up. Contacted customer service Saturday and everything was resolved by Monday.
System lost communication for whatever reason. I had an email stating it was down. I did the reset that was instructed and seemed to work. I contacted someone to help and make sure it was going good. The lady I talked to took care of everything and had another department fix issues and everything is all good and everyone was helpful and timely.

The salesman was very kind, courteous and very informative. He was always available to me for any questions that I may have. I could call him and he would answer right back. It was very easy transfer from envy energy to Palmetto Solar. I would recommend this to anyone that cares about the energy crisis.
Called to get update on installation status. Friendly and helpful customer service rep located the correct office to provide information. Overall, made sure my questions were answered and that I was ready for next steps in installation process. This kind of investment doesn't happen overnight, so I appreciate how thorough the team is being. For now, I can't rate Value, Quality, or Service since my panels aren't yet installed.
