I recently had solar installed at my home and there was an "unknown issue" keeping it from generating. I called in to see if they could sus out the problem and get the system going. They were able to find and fix the problem within an hour!
I was somewhat apprehensive in the beginning of the trail to going solar. The Rep. Tate eased my mind while explaining the entire program. In the end, I'm happy that the decision to go forward came easy. So far it's working well.
I had a question regarding my installation wires, called customer service. They answered quickly, explained details and answered all my questions fully.
Palmetto app is great, I haven't had any issues, it keeps you updated on information, you can earn points, and they are very helpful.
The technician seemed knowledgeable
Only issue was the phone connection I was not able to comprehend or understand the communication. Hung up called back same issue but managed to work through it. Not sure if issue was on my end, but didn’t try a 3rd time.Anyway should be looked into.
My concerns and issue was resolved quickly, excellent customer service.
