Palmetto sales representative was right to point out that as inflation drives the cost of energy from the utility company continually higher, the savings from the self generated solar power increasingly becomes more significant. I am a customer since 2021 and experiencing issues with the inverter of my solar panels as a result of this my electric bills went skyrocket. I experienced financial hardship and no positive action was taken. I want to acknowledge the turn around I had with Alejandra Torricos for her professionalism to addressed the issue promptly. Palmetto Solar installed by 4kW system with no hiccups...start to finish. I provided some initial information on electricity usage and some site survey pictures and they did the rest. I received updates on the status of my job as it progressed and within 3 months it was installed. The installation team was polite and efficient....finishing the work in about half a day. We chose Palmetto because they are well funded and financially very strong, plus they have a really great digital customer experience. The price was competitive and their online experience was eays. My installation was done without any issues, except it was a very windy day so they had to take a break for the safety of the workers. The people were great to talk to!

Purchased the system through palmetto.com website. Purchased all cash. Monthly utilities bill went from $220/month to $10/month. The Home application provides me with realtime updates and I look forward to additional products and services offered by palmetto
Palmetto designed my solar panels to appease my HOA, they handled the permits and all the paperwork...installation day started bright and early. My panels went up quick and there was a minor error but they came back a few days later to fix/reinstall. I've had no issues with the system since and I love being able to see my usage and net metering amounts on the app - I've been up and running for almost 2 years now and I also love being able to see my past usage to compare the seasons. I no longer dread my utility bill.
I went through several quotes for solar panels before landing on Palmetto. Their quote was below other vendors, but it wasn't a decision based on price. I chose them because they explained the product and the process very well. I was then set up with an app for tracking the installation process. I'm so happy I chose a company that cares about customer service!

We had a great experience with Palmetto Energy. Their staff are always very friendly and helpful and the installment was completed very quickly and with little disturbance.
