The experience has been great since I have always been kept up to date with the progress of the installation of the system. There was nothing that I had to do for the process other than the signature paperwork that was sent.

Palmetto installed my solar system in June 2021 and it has produced more energy than what I use daily. They have excellent customer support and their app is very good

Everything was done as they stated it would be done. System is up and running and being that it is winter we really don’t know the capacity or potential of electricity that we can generate. We have been monitoring it on the app, but with sun low in the sky we are only averaging about 40-50kw a week. Hopefully is it better in the spring and summer.
