Following the incident of fire damage to our home I called Palmetto to let them know and Theresa was very concerned and helped me all the way. We talked about getting the technicians out to recover the panels and equipment and she put a halt on my payments. She was very nice and her attitude was very kind through the whole experience.

Had to call about app not working correctly, made a ticket and was fixed
I recently purchased solar for my home and was quite confused with the process. My customer service representative told me the entire process. They took the time to explain everything.
Palmetto's Help Desk was very responsive. After reviewing material and doing my due diligence I decided to purchase solar panels instead of leasing. I was able to quickly cancel my Power Purchase Agreement.

I compared with other solar companies, NRG, Sunrun, and some other smaller companies. Palmetto had the best price for purchase and lease option. We did the lease option though full purchase price was really really good. The escalator was only 0.99% increase a year. Compare to 3-5 percent increase in other companies. They were on top of everything, the installation was done in 2 days, we were up and running in no time. Do your research but you will find the same result as I did.
