I just love Palmetto, i feel comfortable with them.They listen,they act.There's always way to be conected and in touch if we need.They are serious and respectfull, underestand what client is trying to explain,and talk in a way we would underestand too. I needed some help and customer service was right there ready to help me. Sometimes, companies ignore their customers when issues arise. Not this one, they helped me until my problem was solved & even wanted to confirm that I was satisfied.
They were very courteous and explained solar. Did not explain home insurance would raise
Palmetto’s roofer did a great job repairing 4 cracked roof tiles discovered during our one year new home inspection. Our builder’s roofer would not fix the ones near the solar panels so we called Palmetto. Palmetto’s roofer was on time, pleasant, professional and took numerous photos of our roof to show us his meticulous work. Prior to this we had a pigeon nesting problem under our solar panels. Palmetto sent a technician out to install a critter guard for us. The issue was solved immediately. Palmetto Solar is great!
What is says on the tin. Customer service representative cleared up communication issue. An automated email came across as very intrusive and judgmental. The customer service representative who responded to my email about their automated email, Cleared up that automated email’s bad miscommunication. Which I am very grateful for, that automated email had made me very uncomfortable. The response from the customer service representative has made me comfortable.
I have just signed on to Palmetto to supply my energy needs for the next 25 years and am so excited. Just to know my costs will not raise one cent for the next 25 years is such a relief and will make my retirement so much better!!
