Excellent attitude and professionalism
Our neighborhood is saturated with people knocking on my door to try and sell us solar for our home. For whatever reason I gave this particular person from Palmetto Energy a few minutes of my time. Quick change from paper to paperless billing.
There was an initial glitch is the application, tech support was understanding, knowledgeable and had helpful in explaining the issue and correcting it. I now have a clear understanding, and of app and of my solar system performance.
He was courteous, precise and never prompted with a quick answer, if not known he went out of his way to get it. Minimum time waiting for an answer and given back his apologies for the wait time.
We are new to solar. We don't really expect a great savings to our energy bill. So far the install has gone as expected. We really like enphase. It helps us regulate our energy usage. We will know more about our energy cost in the next 3-4 months. The Palmetto people have been with us throughout the install. So far they are great! For us, a lot depends on how Duke Energy handles the net metering part of the system.
I had concerns about my upcoming installation of the solar system. The agent handled my qustions in a truly professional.manner. Her voice was clear and understanding, not like most of the customer Ser ice calls to other companies. Thanks Palmetto.
I felt the level of professionalism was to par the employees went above and beyond to me a speedy installation now waiting for connection
