I had an issue with my automatic payment for the month of January. I had no problems with the previous month however for some reason, this month was not automatically taken out. With the help of a great employee on the other end of the phone, he was able to help me sort out this issue and in hopes of going forward it will not reoccur.
I reached out to customer support regarding a lack of communication on my recent solar project install. During the early stages of my project, the install team was open with communication and we work together regarding their specific requests. The install was completed timely and went very well. I had an issue with the 3rd party solar installers and cancelled the contract. The contract was via Palmetto. David helped me to confirm my cancellation and helped to get the company to stop contacting me, trying to say the contract could not be voided. Then he helped to get the materials picked up that were installed. Amazing service!
