I called Palmetto the other day to request another copy of my contract. I gentleman who I spoke too was very polite and professional and I had my contract e-mailed my right away.
Every person we came in contact with from the initial salesman to the support team were friendly and professional. They accessed our needs and gave straight forward information and suggestions. They accessed support team took care of paperwork and follow up. We would recommend this company for anyone looking for solar or battery installations.

I decided at this time in my life to not put solar on my house. I love the whole concept of solar energy. I love that it is renewable and clean. I just do not want to have a contract that needs to be paid off after I’m gone. I have really enjoyed talking to all of the different people involved in this project. They couldn’t have been any kinder. They were not pushy, they explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend them.
