I reached out to Palmetto because after one month of service I was not receiving data from power company. Everything else looked to be working just fine. When I called they said I would get a call back in a couple days. Instead I received an email stating that it was resolved. I opened my app and they were correct. It is receiving feedback from power company the way it should. I am a happy customer.
Going solar is a big change with lots of new and confusing steps. Palmetto held our hands and walked my family through all the changes. Our sales Representative has also been just a text away. We are excited to save money and help the environment.
I signed with Palmetto because they seemed to have the best pricing vs reviews. I had to sign MANY contracts because they kept making changes/ forgetting things, etc. I also had to read each one very close because every time they sent a new contract, they somehow "accidentally" kept changing out panels to cheaper models and trying to change from the micro inverters I requested to a string inverter which I said I did not want. We reached out to make sure our solar was working right as it needed a new fuse and they were fast acting and even checked in again to make sure the problem was solved. Which it was promptly.
We were having problems with our online account. The technical support team was very cordial, knowledgeable, and efficient in solving our problem.
My data wasn’t working but everything else was working properly. I call Palmetto and they resolve the issue that same day, they even send me an email to let me know that it back up. Thank you for your support. I had solar panels for two and no complaints I really recommend them.
I have been a customer of Palmetto for 6 Months and always find them very fast to respond to my questions. I sent them an email about paper billing yesterday and got a reply back within 30 minutes explaining what I needed to do. I'm extremely happy with the service they provide,
Very knowledgeable customer service representative. Agent explained what process was needed and sent emails with in 2 minutes for my verification. The whole process took less than 5 minutes
Palmetto was a class act. The install team the help desk all got my solar up and running in no time at all. I can see from the start that my energy bills will go down and will be less for years to come, if I had not gone solar. It will be cooler here because of me and Palmetto and how great is that.
