When our system was turned, the Palmetto app was not showing grid data. The problem proved a bit complex as it took a few days to get resolved. The app team stayed on it and got the system operating, much to our relief. I appreciated how the matter was handled and thank the tech crew for their efforts.

Very easy company to work with. After signing an agreement, I exercised my right to terminate within 10 days. I notified Palmetto according to the instructions given and my agreement was terminated.
