yes they did a great job installing the solar panels and they acted very professional,I was also quoted a great deal towards my budget so I can save on my energy bill,thanks V3 electric.
At first I was worried Ami want going to get the transfer of solar contract by my deadline but when I expressed my situation everyone helped expedite my case and I made my deadline
My HVAC failed. ARS came the same day to replace with a new system . Christmas was 2 months away and I wondered how I would come up with the money. ARS was able to get me financing through Palmetto Energy the same day. Thanks Palmetto.
I am completely satisfied with the presentation by the two agents from Palmetto. I am now even more knowledgeable about energy/solar programs. I was a skeptic going into the presentation and advised the agents. They still gave a great presentation. I feel that the savings offered through the Palmetto program is not enough to convince me to disregard my skepticism and sign a 25-year contract. Thank you for the pleasant experience. I highly recommend The Palmetto agents and wish them and the company success going forward.
Installers that came out to install my unit was very knowledgeable and professional. On time when they say they are coming out. Brit and I think John was the guys that came out. Will highly recommend.
From the sales person to the installers, the communication and consideration was outstanding. They answered all my questions and I did not feel sales pressure. It was very professional. They informed me every step of the way, even as they worked through the city and Xcel Energy. I can hardly wait to get my electric fireplace installed to start enjoying clean energy.
I had a recent call with Palmetto customer service. T hey took care of all of my questions and sent me every thing I requested with in 5 minutes.Nice to have Great service!!
They did a very great job, very courteous, and definitely good workers. It was pouring down rain and they never stopped working even late at night like 9:00 trying to get it done but still come back the next day to finish but when they did they explained everything how it works and electrical hook ups. My opinion a great job. I really hope it works for me and I believe it will, thanks
