Not the best communication for new account set up from the Sale Rep. Customer service has done everything they can. A gentleman named Calvin got me more information than the sales rep assigned to me. He was very knowledgeable and responsive via the system. He emailed the outlines of the loans and links to guides. I still have not heard back from my sales rep or completed the account set up.
From installation to understanding the bill I was truly pleased with the whole staff I encountered personally or on the Palmetto App!
These people are knowledge able on What They do. The package provided to us is working and generating savings. Our interaction too with Daniel Wood, who cemented the Deal is Professional and Prompt in attending our needs. Everything was smooth sailing from Sizing our requirement, deployment and Post installation support. Good Job Team! Thank you!

I choose Palmetto because they take care of all my needs. They answer all my questions with knowledge and courtesy. After each call I made to ask about any concerns, they always wrote me back sending me an email, to make sure all my questions and needs were met. I think that’s the way all customers service should be.
