I called because I was confused about who I should be talking to about my solar and they gladly provided me with the information.
Going solar is good for the environment. The Palmetto group are very efficient at getting your system running. It does take a while, but in the end you will be pleased.

I recently needed to ask a question about an upcoming install. I called support and got the answers I needed. They didn't make me feel dumb,but understood what I was questioning . They led me in the right direction to address my question. I look forward to working with Palmetto and the solar panels .
Although my solar panels are not yet installed (in permit process), everything has been great so far including the quote (lowest to date), communication and support. I am please with my choice and cannot wait to start saving on my electric bills.
The install and battery were complicated but handled well. The uninterrupted power is great and supports the house and keeps us with power regardless of the utility power near us.
They have their representatives come out to help you get Solar and then give you some prices. They gave me a really good percent to install my Solar Panels

Can save about 50% of your electricity. Still have to pay electrical company in summer when running AC. I do wish battery storage was cheaper and or included.
