You have to love Palmetto they are always quick to answer question, and the app is so easy to understand not like some other company's, and I do like the points system the have in place I will work with them again soon...

The products themselves work and run with out issues! The staff whom I have spoke with and emailed with about my account to learn how the solar energy works have been very helpful and nice! They followed up with each email I sent which was nice even though I didn’t understand everything when I asked a question, they figured it all out and were very helpful!
