Like most people, I deal with a lot of business. Unfortunately, most of these enterprises have incompetent annoying customer service departments. Palmetto Solar is a stand out exception. My problem was solved so quickly I didn't have time to complain.

We decided to go with the lease program for our solar system. Our solar plan comes with a representative that’s caring, knowledgeable and supportive with every step. Rosario is that man! He keeps us informed and explains in a way that you can understand. Our utility bill went up , prompting the decision to go solar. After a year in this program, we’ll know whether, and how much we are saving. To be continued………

There was a minor billing problem from my home sale. I contacted Palmetto's customer service in late afternoon and they fixed it the same day. Great job!
