He experience was great! From the sales rep to the scheduling coordinator. I’ve been informed and kept up to date with what was going on.
The entire process, from beginning to end, was very smooth. Communication was precise and every step was made clear. Everyone was professional, friendly and completely knowledgeable of what was happening and what was to happen next. My experience was great, and I am more than satisfied.
The experience that I had with Palmetto was totally professional and they also explained how everything would work how would be installed what benefits I would be getting back from adding the solar panels to the system and what great reductions of savings on my electric bill and how well their financial system helped me out greatly I would recommend to anybody
Though the process has taken longer than anticipated, I am looking forward to helping the environment one kilowatt at the time. This said, our sales representative was professional and always responded in a timely manner. Moreover, the installers were top notch, very respectful and efficient.
The installers were very professional and very quick once it was scheduled
Sales, customer service and the installers were great and very knowledgeable about what they do. What would be nice is that after everything is up and running,is for someone to come and check everything is running properly and explain to the customer what to look for to ensure the system is operating to its fullest potential.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Palmetto so far. The panels were just activated the other day. They have been friendly, professional, and the price has been great. The monitoring app is really easy to use and fun! They were even flexible with me when I had some last-minute mixup with the electric company meaning that I needed to change my contract which I really appreciated because they could’ve just left me with a larger system I didn’t need and they took care of me instead.
Palmetto solar provided 5 star service. Lauren and all the installers were so easy to work with providing us with answers to all our questions and concerns.
