First time accessing to Palmetto app. , as a new customer, I encountered data load error. Calling to the customer service, they patiently listened and solved the issue as the time frame they promised.
Problem with missing Solar data. Cause was determined. Missing consumption meter. Will request adding it.

we are glad we contacted Palmetto to ask a few questions Our Customer Service Representative jumped right in the answers we needed I wanted to clarify if we had changed the payments to come from another account instead of a Mastercard that had been hacked. We closed the Mastercard account so wanted the payments changed to another account. Within minutes this was done and we are feeling better about payments being paid on time Thanks for the fast service and the friendly customer service
Appreciate Drake and Jake spending the time to go over the details and benefits of the PPA program as I was apprehensive at first. Although, I did push back on some concerns, they gave me the space to review the data and followed back up with me to review any other questions. I finally decided to move forward. Solar is a win win for everyone.
