The installers were very professional and very quick once it was scheduled
Sales, customer service and the installers were great and very knowledgeable about what they do. What would be nice is that after everything is up and running,is for someone to come and check everything is running properly and explain to the customer what to look for to ensure the system is operating to its fullest potential.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Palmetto so far. The panels were just activated the other day. They have been friendly, professional, and the price has been great. The monitoring app is really easy to use and fun! They were even flexible with me when I had some last-minute mixup with the electric company meaning that I needed to change my contract which I really appreciated because they could’ve just left me with a larger system I didn’t need and they took care of me instead.
Palmetto solar provided 5 star service. Lauren and all the installers were so easy to work with providing us with answers to all our questions and concerns.
Just wanted to say, thanks to all contributed to my great experience with the project, and to all the installations workers who also walked me through the process of the installation. Job well done.

I was considering was to support clean energy when Palmetto representative Emaud was visiting a neighbor who was not home. We spoke and I was interested in hearing what about Solar. He took the time and helped me become comfortable that he was on the up and up and knew his facts. We had a near perfect experience with having Palmetto/ Sun Valley Solar do our installation. We've had the system about 7 months now, and no problems. They may be more expensive than some of the smaller unknown solar companies, but they are worth it, knowing they will be here if something does break down in the future.
