I called yesterday to update a change on my checking account. My call was answered quickly and I was routed to the correct department. In a matter of less than five minutes the update was done. The lady was very great to deal with. I wish all experiences were like this one!!

All questions were answered by Palmetto. Good company and they have a good support. Install was quickly and clean. Actually I’m happy with my solar.

Kathleen was wonderful and very responsive and helpful. She print screened my unit and emailed it to me so I could forward to the company locally doing the repairs.

Dan DeVito was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing alternatives for a solar system with battery backup. He was generous with his time and seemed genuinely committed to providing a service and designing a system that would work for us. We ultimately decided against going forward at this time for personal reasons. But we appreciated his assistance in coming to this decision. Sam at Energy Sage was also very helpful.

Great example of doing it right! When we were researching the option to go solar, we seemed to get more confused each day. Then, after attempts to "talk" to others and getting recordings, we found Palmetto Solar and Cole Roberts. He walked me through the basic information and we set up a Zoom call the next day so my wife could see what it was about. Before the call she saw my excitement but tried to downplay it til she saw it for herself (think folded arms and poker face). Needless to say, the Zoom meeting went very well. C... read more
