Following the incident of fire damage to our home I called Palmetto to let them know and Theresa was very concerned and helped me all the way. We talked about getting the technicians out to recover the panels and equipment and she put a halt on my payments. She was very nice and her attitude was very kind through the whole experience.

Had to call about app not working correctly, made a ticket and was fixed
I recently purchased solar for my home and was quite confused with the process. My customer service representative told me the entire process. They took the time to explain everything.
Palmetto's Help Desk was very responsive. After reviewing material and doing my due diligence I decided to purchase solar panels instead of leasing. I was able to quickly cancel my Power Purchase Agreement.
