The loan process was taking a bit long on the Mac page and when I called Shalom found out why and everything went smoothly from there. I would call and she would either answer or call back right away. I am very pleased
The time frame from opening to close. I was an existing customer. I thought the process should have been easier and quicker for an existing customer. My payments have always been paid on time. I have excellent credit. My disappointment was in the length of the process.
