Overall, we had a very smooth experience. We were able to close our refinance over a holiday weekend from the comfort of our home. We were very pleased with the process.
I have gone thru this process 2 times now with PennyMac and it all has been extremely easy, thanks to the teams that handled each occassion. From Jimmy to Shalom and all the other members thank you very much for your assistance and prompt attention to details in loan process. Miss Britnee Valles was genuinely wonderful to work with while re-financing my mortgage during the COVID-19 pandemic. She was patient, attentive, reliable, and explained the process and answered my questions at each step. I explained that I am hearing impaired. Miss Britnee speaks and writes clearly. Can’t say enough about Anthony and Mario and Pennymac! They have had my past 2 houses and made the buying process smooth! We also refinanced our current loan and dropped it from 3.875% to 2.5%! Saving us $350 a month off our mortgage and no payments till February 1st! We r renovating our current house so nonpayment for a month will help pay for extras! From the time they called to refinance till closing was a month! Extremely excited we’re staying with Pennymac and their awesome customer svc!!!
