Overall, we had a very smooth experience. We were able to close our refinance over a holiday weekend from the comfort of our home. We were very pleased with the process.
I have gone thru this process 2 times now with PennyMac and it all has been extremely easy, thanks to the teams that handled each occassion. From Jimmy to Shalom and all the other members thank you very much for your assistance and prompt attention to details in loan process. Allways on time with documents and emails to phone calls and answering my questions it was a great experience and i will recommend to others.

PennyMac was my incumbent mortgage company when I decided to refinance. They matched a competing interest rate I had obtained and beat the closing costs I would have been charged by the competitor. The refinancing process was very streamlined and efficient. The PennyMac personnel involved in the process were knowledgeable, courteous, and informative.
