For the most part, we were kept apprised of all actions needed to complete the refi process. Once the paperwork was finalized by the title company, everything went smoothly.
My experience with PennyMac and its team was exceptional! I had no idea that refinancing my home could be such a quick, nearly effortless, and easy thing. Most of all, the team I worked with was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and very sensitive to my need for reassurance about the process and what was expected both from me and for me.
