Nancy was not going to get loan processed but closing date of November 13. Jack stepped in on November 12 to try to make closing. Underwriter for our loan quit on Thursday. We didn't close on the 13th. On Monday afternoon we found out that we were missing signed documents from relocation company. We were able to get them signed but still couldn't close until Tuesday November 17. The moving company was sitting in front of our new home but couldn't unload. It was very stressful.

Communication from the beginning with our original refinance application started back in August 5th It took over a week to kickoff the process since the original loan agent fell off the map. We didn't close until November 13th, nearly 3 months after. I fully understand that there are a large number of people refinancing, however it was conveyed that the loan would close within 60 days. That said, Hermes was responsive, but it felt like the abyss between start and finish at times.

this was a experience made simple, any questions i had were answered timely and follow up was not needed. i was notified of each step needed to be taken well in advance. overall it was a pleasant experience working with you folks.
