process was kind of long but due to covid-19 things did take longer
When I called to talk to one if he wasn't available he returned my call quickly the only downside I had was the time difference between Pennsylvania and California there were times when 1 called back and eating documents and it was laid out afternoon his time but it was late evening my time in the businesses were closed so some documents on my side I had to wait up till the next day or even the through the weekend to be able to get the documents to get back to him
It took more time to settle on the account and I was refinancing a account that you have the mortgage on. I would think it should have went quicker because we was refinancing the account with PennyMac Loan Service.
I was pleased with the service I received with all of those that helped us through the refinance loan process. Efficient, helpful, courteous, and prompt assistance through the whole process.
Very friendly and easy.
The closing costs were a bit more than I would have expected as this was a refinance with the same mortgage company. There were some charges that should have not been necessary as you were my mortgage com[any. I already had a title search less than one year ago and I shouldn't have needed another so soon. There are other charges like this that should not have been needed. If I had more free time I guess I should have shopped more. Overall OK, but disappointed that it took so long and there were

Each person I dealt with was very helpful and explained things thoroughly. They were polite and professional. The whole refi went smoothly and both I and my husband are very happy with the result.
