It took 2-3 weeks to get responses via email and over 24 hours to get a call returned when my notary did t show up for closing at the originally scheduled time. Joseph de Masi I would rate 5 out 5 stars for being so helpful originally but everyone else was uncommunicative and unhelpful.

Everyone was very professional and patient with me as I tend to ask lots of questions and very much needed tech support as I am not good at all in that area. Panicked in fact!

The closing costs were a bit more than I would have expected as this was a refinance with the same mortgage company. There were some charges that should have not been necessary as you were my mortgage com[any. I already had a title search less than one year ago and I shouldn't have needed another so soon. There are other charges like this that should not have been needed. If I had more free time I guess I should have shopped more. Overall OK, but disappointed that it took so long and there were
I had to provide few documents and the whole process was just a few weeks. Easiest Refi I have ever done.
