Having my loan close on time, not being told that I needed to be patient when I was stressed and wanted answers, having my concerns addressed instead of having blame cast on the loan officer who originated the loan.
My experience with PennyMac Loan Services was exceptional.
Nothing Hermes did. I believe underwriting took too long. And their was one error in our escrow for property taxes. But Hermes is thoughtful and returned every call.
This started as a simple call for some more information after receiving a normal refi email from PennyMac who has always held my loan. I was guided through the application process very quickly and had pretty much completed 75% of my loan process by 9:30 or 10 in the morning. Started as curiosity and turned into enormous savings! Really, I couldn't be happier.
Simple, streamlined, much less painful than my initial mortgage loan process.
From start to finish my loan closed faster then I expected. I am so glad I refinance with penny Mac. Closing was so easy and totally accurate. Thank you
