Mario was excellent, but we had a delay when a supervisor did not reply to a question in a timely manner. The rest of the process was smooth.
Better internal communication, better verification of documents before distribution.
My refinancing with PennyMac was smooth and clear, I am happy with the new numbers.
It was very informative about the money due and needed to complete the process Bridget was very helpful and replied in a timely manner. It was very effortless to say the less, and the communication was great for up coming papers and letting me know at what stage the process was at. The only mistake was on my part when I forgot to cancel the automatic payment, but customer service was able to help me to cancel it, and Bridget was very helpful in letting me know what would it would be sent back.
I felt that every step of the refinance process was handled perfectly and I was kept informed along the way. We closed as expected and Mario was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks Mario and thanks PennyMac!
First, Mr. Moya was very hard to reach by phone. His name does not appear in the alphabetized menu, so my calls to him went to a Mr. Montoya instead. That was the only name when I spelled out Mr. Moya's last name. That was frustrating. Second, more importantly, you surprised me with a $700+ bill at closing when you stated that I had a little cash back due at closing. That "mistake" was not at all professional.
Mario was a consummate professional, answering any questions we had with clarity and expediency. I couldn't have asked for a more streamlined and pleasant experience with such a major financial decision. There were a few extenuating circumstances that delayed our signing (our fault) and his patience and understanding helped alleviate any stress we had in ensuring a quick resolution. I cannot not stress enough how happy we were with his service.
The process was clear and simple, and all my questions were answered quickly and completely.
Horrible experience overall. We had to give the same documents 7 times and had to stay on top of everything so we close on time. I would never recommend your company. It was a very stressful experience from beginning to end.
