Easy process
My initial process with Merrill Von Bargen was the best. Merrill was very patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable with the process. When Merrill handed me over to Xavier, I felt that Xavier was someone that I could appreciate as well. This refinance process was scary however, Merrill and Xavier made it easy. Thank you.
Simple, streamlined, much less painful than my initial mortgage loan process.
Sarah was pleasant, prompt and helpful throughout the loan process. She worked with the insurance agent to resolve a question very nicely and amicably. The best loan experience so far, with timely communication, pleasant conversations, and prompt resolution of questions.
When I called to talk to one if he wasn't available he returned my call quickly the only downside I had was the time difference between Pennsylvania and California there were times when 1 called back and eating documents and it was laid out afternoon his time but it was late evening my time in the businesses were closed so some documents on my side I had to wait up till the next day or even the through the weekend to be able to get the documents to get back to him
Please improve your loan application website. It duplicates items that are needed and isn't very descriptive on what exactly is needed. I feel like it would have saved a few calls if the website portal was more clear.
It took more time to settle on the account and I was refinancing a account that you have the mortgage on. I would think it should have went quicker because we was refinancing the account with PennyMac Loan Service.
Pennymac was amazing throughout the entire home-buying process. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!!
It took 2-3 weeks to get responses via email and over 24 hours to get a call returned when my notary did t show up for closing at the originally scheduled time. Joseph de Masi I would rate 5 out 5 stars for being so helpful originally but everyone else was uncommunicative and unhelpful.
