My initial process with Merrill Von Bargen was the best. Merrill was very patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable with the process. When Merrill handed me over to Xavier, I felt that Xavier was someone that I could appreciate as well. This refinance process was scary however, Merrill and Xavier made it easy. Thank you.

We were told contradicting information from Mr. Eric Lewis and Mr. Xavier Moya. When I would ask for clarification on items on the closing disclosure Mr. Moya would state that he is not qualified to answer my questions and try to get someone else to call me later to answer my questions. Most of the time I would not receive a phone call from anyone else, therefore I would not get my questions answered. This delayed the process by weeks. It was very frustrating.

Please improve your loan application website. It duplicates items that are needed and isn't very descriptive on what exactly is needed. I feel like it would have saved a few calls if the website portal was more clear.

It took 2-3 weeks to get responses via email and over 24 hours to get a call returned when my notary did t show up for closing at the originally scheduled time. Joseph de Masi I would rate 5 out 5 stars for being so helpful originally but everyone else was uncommunicative and unhelpful.
