Mario was a consummate professional, answering any questions we had with clarity and expediency. I couldn't have asked for a more streamlined and pleasant experience with such a major financial decision. There were a few extenuating circumstances that delayed our signing (our fault) and his patience and understanding helped alleviate any stress we had in ensuring a quick resolution. Bridget was awesome. Always called and followed up. The only issue I had was not with her, but with whomever prepared the documents. My Wife's name was spelled incorrectly and after three attempts to get it corrected, on closing day they were still not fixed. We had to reschedule for a second closing date.
