My experience with Penny Mac was good. I have been with them for 6 years. They are alway very helpful.
I tell people when they ask that my loan is through Penny Mac and that I enjoy their customer service. The website is also a feature I enjoy. This refinance process for me was much more enjoyable that the last time I refinanced my old home. The closing papers were a bit odd, because if my wife's schedule and mine. We couldn't nail down a day for the two of us to be in the same state due to the military. But we got it done, it only took changing the schedule 3 times.
Answer all my questions with in hours Great team to work with and would use them again. They even stayed on phone line to walk me through the forms to make sure I completed them correctly.
Elizabeth Jennings was very helpful with the whole process. It was hard with me on the east coast and Elizabeth on the west coast to get phone calls but we got things done. Thank you Elizabeth

Great Job
Not clear communication with any parties (Michael or Xavier) Michael started off the process very well, but communication was minimal and if i did not inquire about the state of the loan , i would of not heard back. Xavier communicated, but did not seem to be reading a script every time we spoke, when asked a simple question, as in "when is my first payment?" he could not answer, and went back to his script. Hope this help with the training and development of your staff
