Juan did a great job throughout the process. He was very communicative and reliable. He put my mind at ease and worked hard to close on my property earlier than expected. He made me feel as though I was important and he was very invested in my process. I will use Penny Mac the next time I purchase a home and would suggest others do the same!
Answer all my questions with in hours Great team to work with and would use them again. They even stayed on phone line to walk me through the forms to make sure I completed them correctly.
