I asked about a lower rate that veterans United was offering and they said they would get back to me but PennyMac never did.
Fast and friendly, with great information and answers to questions.
The person that took care of loan process was very helpful willing to go over everything multiple times to make sure I understood all of the information that was needed and what was on the paper work which made the process go smoother.
I am very satisfied with Mercedes Breaux, Meghan Kearney & Cindy Heydorn, they provided the necessary support to effectively implement the loan process. I appreciate their attention to my loan. I closed much earlier then expected. Thanks
Very easy process, pleasant to work with and quick to answer questions. Would highly recommend, two thumbs up!
We had problems at every turn, but there are a couple of things that really frustrated my husband and me. Firstly, we would get requests for documents and I would send them. Then I would receive email after email asking for the document I’d already produced. Finally, we are in EST and I would get phone calls way too late in the evening. She would call 3-4 times in a row which is so incredibly rude.

It was a great and excellent experience working with pennymac they did there best to give me the best rate they could and I’m very happy with the outcome saving alot of money very thankful
It was clear and easy! Even with Covid going on my experience was easy and they made me feel safe!
