The person that took care of loan process was very helpful willing to go over everything multiple times to make sure I understood all of the information that was needed and what was on the paper work which made the process go smoother.

We had problems at every turn, but there are a couple of things that really frustrated my husband and me. Firstly, we would get requests for documents and I would send them. Then I would receive email after email asking for the document I’d already produced. Finally, we are in EST and I would get phone calls way too late in the evening. She would call 3-4 times in a row which is so incredibly rude.
