No complaints, went smoothly and quickly.
The loan process was well communicated for start to finish. I did not have to make calls for updates, information on my loan progress was provided weekly.
There's a bit of a lull when paperwork is being processed, which is expected and fine - an email or two more would have made this exceptional. But I would recommend PennyMac to anyone who asked, what they said would happen, happened.
